We switched to Xcellent about 6 months ago after parting ways with our long-time house cleaner. Suffice to say, the service has been amazing. Jiri (owner) is an excellent communicator and does an amazing job working around your schedule. Ciena (cleaner) is absolutely outstanding and makes the house look brand new every time she comes. I cannot recommend the company enough!

Our cleaning lady was great! We used them for years. However the owner Jiri who sets appts was very unresponsive. We were on a monthly schedule, every 4th Thurs. If for some reason the cleaning lady couldn't come, he would make no effort to reschedule. Then somehow 4 wks later when we should be scheduled for normal cleaning, he'd say they weren't available to clean.
I emailed repeatedly looking to reschedule & he completely ignored the messages. He as the business owner should be reaching out to his customers to keep the schedule running smoothly & definitely not ignoring people. We left the service based on this.

Xcellent Cleaning Inc does a fantastic job not only cleaning our house, but also my mom's house as well my sisters. These are honest and hardworking people, who I recommend to everyone I know every chance I have. Our house is always sparkling clean after they finish and all the cleaners are very friendly and professional.

I've been using Xcellent Cleaning Inc. for over 6 years and couldn't be happier with them. They are very dependable and consistent, they do a great job with keeping our home clean and organized. They are also great with my kids and our family dog, which is very important to me. Everyone is always so friendly and professional and I trust them completely.
