Energy Savers

Energy Savers has insulated, air sealed, and conditioned the crawl spaces on several houses my company owns. They are ALWAYS professional and treat every one of our homes like they own them. Their pricing is extremely competitive and it is always a pleasure dealing with their office staff for scheduling. I will continue to use their services.

I've worked with Energy Savers on a couple projects and they have made the whole process easy and affordable. Pam in the office is always so kind and informative when talking me through the services and Jeff in the field is great at explaining what needs to be done in a way that I can understand. They are a wonderful company and I HIGLY recommend them!

I've used Energy Savers before on previous home and current home. This job was a new garage build and they did great job on what I thought was a more than fair price.

When most companies and contractors don't return your calls, I can't speak highly enough about this company and their product. We had additional insulation installed in our home (none since built in the 80's) and in the bonus room over the garage. They arrive on time. Work diligently. Clean-up before they leave. Courteous. And it has made a huge difference in our heat this winter. This is a great company.

I had an LG&E Energy Performance Evaluation on my home. One of the recommendations was eliminating air loss from my home. Energy savers did air blocking, foam insulation, and blown in insulation. They even caulked around my windows. Linda Glenn paid attention to every detail of the recommendations and gave me a fair estimate. The work was performed professionally and the result has made a significant different in my utility bills and the comfort of my home.

We are very pleased with Energy Savers. Our first experience with the company was in 2015 when we renovated a small home. Energy savers found and closed every possible energy leak plus we qualified for a tax break. We have just finished renovating a 3500 sq ft home, We contacted Energy Savers when we knew it would not be necessary to access the attic again.

We again are extremely pleased. Pleased with the service, pleased with the initial plan, pleased with the crew that did the job, pleased that the price quoted was the final prices. From experience, we know the work will lower our energy usage.

We are very pleased with Energy Savers, from the estimate to the quality and care of their work. Their employees were very knowledgeable, professional, honest, clean and courteous. They came in and covered my floors, used footies on their feet and even during the large down pour this week still did not make a mess. They worked all day up into the late afternoon to get things done carefully and properly.

We are surrounded by a creek and the mud was horrible around our house, it was pouring down rain and they worked through it all with diligence and care to provide the best service possible. They even tried to stay and sweep the floor from any excess insulation they had pulled out. Our family also has a small business so we are very careful to make the right decision when hiring anyone to do work for us.

We always try and contract other local businesses to do our work and we are very please by our choice to hire Energy Savers, another local family owned business. I highly recommend this company. The crew showed up on time, was very nice, cleaned up, showed me the work, and got the job done quick. They added a little more insulation into my attic and sealed more ducts than I paid for as a sign of kindness. Cost was better than other quotes as well. Very pleased!

Recommended company by Home Advisors. It was a pleasure to work with Energy Savers of Louisville, LLC. The professional and courteous service from Jeff (sales rep) to the 3 man installation team was super. It's hard these days to get the type of service from beginning to end of the project that this company takes pride in. Price was reasonable and the team was very knowledgeable and cleaned up great. After a 10 hourr job they were as nice as when they started. Would highly recommend this company. Would rate higher than 5 stars if we could.

I had blown insulation installed on February 23, 2019. The workers were nice and were finished in about 3 hours or so. They cleaned up their mess and were courteous. After they were finished I noticed my vent in my living room became detached and was about to fall off! This was because of the stuff that they put around the duct to prevent air leaks (I don't know exactly what it is.

It's a foam like substance) pushed my whole duct out causing my vent to detach. I checked around the house and 2 other vents were pushed out also. One was so bad that my ceiling dry wall was damaged! So I call them and they had the salesman call me about the issue. He seemed to be on top of the issue and had someone sent out the following Friday. The guy came and fixed 2 of the vents and said he would have to speak to management about the vent that had the damaged dry wall.

I gave them a week to get back with me and then I called them for an update. The lady said she would get to the bottom of it and they would contact me back. Almost another week and I still haven't heard anything. I've been extremely patient with them and feel like they're dodging me for something they did. I'm extremely disappointed and I can't recommend a company with poor customer service. I excepted more from a company that had all of these good reviews.

Had my attic insulated and they did an outstanding job. I've had other contractors tell me they couldn't of done it for the same price. Happy and comfy cozy.

I have personally known the owner of Energy Savers for almost 30 yrs.,w hen Energy Savers started, I had a feeling they would do very well because of the work ethic this person always seemed to have. I have referred them to many friends, family, and anyone who ever needs insulation work and I have never heard any negatives.
