I contacted Sonny near the end of August requesting a quote to replace my roof, gutters and trim. After selecting the colors and styles of materials he scheduled the work. His crew arrived in a couple of days to begin their work. The whole project took about two and a half weeks. It's a relatively large roof. The work they provided is exemplary. They cleaned up and removed debris every day prior to leaving.

All of his staff are polite and courteous. I am very satisfied with the work they performed and the condition they left my property. I happily recommend them for any exterior projects.

I contacted them and they where there that day. Within a few days they were there for the installation ON TIME. After installing the new roof and 3 skylights and showing me any wood that had to be replaced. The clean up was thorough and blew off new roof, sidewalks, porch, decks and driveway. They were gone in 5 hours. I was very satisfied. Unlike other contracts they were ALWAYS ON TIME! Would highly recommend them for any services they preform,

House looks great! Best Price replaced my entire roof, did my siding, wrapped my windows and replaced porch lights and several other things. I called around 5 different companies for the job, two never got back to me (as referrals), and when I narrowed it down, Best Price was the best price lol. My home is very old, so even when there were a few surprises, Sunny let me know immediately and I never thought I was being taken advantage of, which is important to me.

As well, I always asked lots of questions and his crew always took the time to explain what they were doing.and at the end of the job, even with some extra work, it still came out at a lower price then what I had been quoted for by other companies/individuals. So hooray! I am the happy.

Sunny and his team did a fantastic job and I'd definitely work with them again! New siding was installed along with new windows and gutters. His team was there working when I expected them to be and they worked hard to get the job done in a timely manner. The finished product looked great and I'm very pleased with the quality of work that was done.

We had an excellent experience working with Best Price Exteriors from start to finish. Sunny was very knowledgeable and very responsive to my questions, texts, and phone calls. His crew completed the work on the house and did a beautiful job. We had all of our wood trim wrapped and 2 windows replaced (which was a last minute add-on). The crew showed up early and worked hard each day, even making up time on the weekends when they were rained out during the week.

The house is absolutely beautiful and looks brand new. Sunny also had the most reasonable estimate and it's so much easier working with the owner of a company and speaking directly with him every time, rather than being bounced around between people at the "bigger" establishments, we had a terrible experience with another company we received an estimate from. We had Sunny and his team replace our 1950's windows a couple years ago and they did an excellent job. Called them back up and asked them to replace our gutters and trim, and again, the work is fantastic. Looks great and priced well below competitors. Our roof will need replaced in a couple years and I will definitely be calling Sunny and his crew when that day comes.

After speaking to numerous companies and getting estimates, we heard about Sunny. It only took one meeting and we knew we had found our guy. They were there when they said they would be and completed the job (new roof, wrapping and gutters) on time. My husband mentioned that there were a few spots on the vinyl that had shingle marks. I hired Best Price Exteriors because they did such a jaw dropping job on my neighbors place. They did the same impressive work on my home with some extra trim detail that really makes the house pop. The owner is very personable and knowledgeable. In fact he and his wife showed up on a Saturday morning at my house to rake up nails after demo day.
