Had an appointment for a sprinkler system repair for Monday 6/6. They called me on Friday 6/3 to reschedule me until 1:30 p.m. on 6/9. Received a call at 1:25 p.m.on 6/9 to inform me that they had no one to work on my problem and didn't offer any alternate solutions. Just told me I was S-O-L. So after waiting a week and a half, I now have to find another company which I will also use for all of my other plumbing needs. I like to support local businesses, but not when they do business like this.

Absolutely disrespectful. I tried scheduling a job. I got a quote in April. Never got back to me until I posted a one-star review. Miraculously the next day I get a call saying they will do the job and email me an official quote. I edit my review giving them the benefit of the doubt. I sign off on the papers emailed to me. Ghosted again. Completely unprofessional, like the office is run by 15 year olds or something. Terrible and frustrating.

Kyle responded quickly after hours to help us with a leaking water heater. He was great and helpful! Alf came over today and replaced our water heater. He was awesome! He got the job done quickly and was very professional. My dogs loved him even more when he brought in bacon treats. I would definitely suggest using them! They were the only ones that responded to my emergency last night. I'm so thankful to have hot water before the weekend
