They did some roof repair on my mom's roof, had an issue after the repair, only wanted to pass the blame on something else. Had storm last night ( only couple months from the original repair) saw more roof damage, and with out even seeing pictures of the damage was saying issue was not them but something/ someone else. issue was from the storm, I was not blaming anyone, just wanted it fixed. they now refused to come look at it.

I called Classic Roofing about a roof evaluation and I had a few questions as well about some other roofs I had seen in the surrounding area. Richard came out promptly and was able to answer all my questions! I appreciate the time he took talking to me and explaining some things I needed to know. I recently began to have some concerns about much of the roof work I had seen and I desperately needed an HONEST explanation, and advice which Richard was pleased to give. We had our roof replaced 2 weeks ago by Classic roofing and gutters! Our home owners insurance wouldn't cover it because it wasn't due to weather. Mr. Hicks stayed in contact with me and answered every question I asked. The price was very affordable and the quote that was given was exactly what was owed. His crew came out on time and had it all done in 1 day, with no need to come inside. They cleaned up EVERYTHING and the roof looks so good. Thank you and I can't wait to have our new gutters done by you as well.

I highly recommend! They arrived on time and did great work. They accurately estimated the cost of replacing our roof and had the lowest quote out of all the roofing companies we contacted. If we ever have other roofing problems, we'll definitely contact them first.

My Mother hired Classic Roofing to fix the roof on my Grandmothers home, which I stay with her and help take care of her and the house. There has been rain the last few days and they told my mother they'd call to schedule an appointment once the rain cleared. However, earlier this morning, a man showed up at the house at 10:00am (on a Saturday) saying he was "here to work on the roof".

No one called/emailed to schedule this appointment/time. The man was not wearing a shirt with the company name/logo on it, no name tag to identity himself, the vehicle had no company identification on it either. With no prior knowledge of anyone coming out to fix the roof, I did not let him in or allow him to work. I told him to have someone call us and schedule a time before they come back.

Very unprofessional. My Grandmother is 85, and I am a young woman, with my 8 month old son here as well, I do not think it would be acceptable to allow someone inside the home with no prior knowledge of them coming to work. Make sure your clients know ahead of time before you send a unmarked employee/vehicle to their home.

Richard and his Company are Professionals. His workers are considerate and do Quality Work. His estimate is precise and you know what you are paying for. I interviewed many roofers and was not comfortable until I met Richard. You need look no further. His work is quality and he cares about doing the job right and with quality. They did a new roof for me at my personal home and rental property and also did the gutters and gutter toppers. I highly recommend Classic Roofing and Gutters!

Definitely five stars for Richard Hicks of Classic Roofing and Gutters. Pine tree fell on our garage after a big storm. Richard arrived on time to give his estimate. He thoroughly checked out the damage and gave us our quote. It wasn't the most or the least, but it was a very reasonable price. We chose Classic Roofing because of the attention to detail, flexibility in scheduling and sincere demeanor of Richard Hicks.

He was honest and straight-forward about the work they would do and the team they employ. There was no hard sell, anxiety inducing what-if scenarios or any attempt to sell us more that we were asking.
