Was indeed a pleasure to have this company service our residence after a recent water/flooding issue. Our entire bedroom ceiling had collapsed, blown insulation was all over the entire room, covering everything! The CPR team removed remaining falling ceiling, destroyed carpeting and completely cleaned up ALL of the fallen insulation. They cleaned all items that were on the dressers & nightstands, they even found & cleaned things that were knocked to the floor & buried in the debris. Amazingly they cleaned the room of all debris & prepped it so that we were able to sleep in there that same day. The crew was polite, friendly, very thorough, meticulous & fast. Mike and Miguel came to the house to complete the work. They were both professional and polite. They completed the job meticulously and thoroughly. They explained everything they had to do and cleaned up completely when they were finished. They answered all of my questions in such a way that I was able to understand everything. They were both very personable, friendly and respectful. It was also evident that they worked well as a team and valued each other. Called CPR to come to my residence after we had a flood from the upstairs. Technician Liam came to our home and made us feel at ease with the damage. Excellent experience. We had a sewage backup on Easter Sunday. CPR Manager, Brian, was very responsive, professional and patient with my questions and concerns. Liam and his team arrived early the next day and went to work cleaning up the mess and ripping out damaged carpeting, dry wall, etc. They were efficient, pleasant and Liam explained everything to us in detail. While I hope I never need their services again, I would not hesitate to use them again.

Water take went on Sunday Night CPR Restoration was there with the crew Monday Moring, ready to work. Clean-up complete blowers and dehumidifiers installed for 4 days Mold check complete, with a negative result! In and out just a few hours 100% recommended -They were very efficient and professional with our house fire in 2008

Two weeks after the flooding of my basement and CPR still has 75 bags of trash, doors, and damaged furniture taking up my entire garage. They not only have poor follow through, but will give you time frames that they will not adhere to. When coming to pick up their 18 combined fans and dehumidifiers, they came much earlier than they said they would and I couldn't get home in time.
On top of all of this, their work was sloppy. As we now try to get drywall installed, we are seeing that the way the wall was cut is all over the place. It was supposed to be cut at 2 ft all the way around, but some areas are more or less than that amount so now our walls have to be recut.

We had MAJOR water damage from a flood in our kitchen and bathroom, I was in a total state of shock and CPR came in and explained everything, answered every question over and over to me and before I knew it they were working. They were SO fast, efficient, polite, and good at their job. Despite this being such a hard, overwhelming time for me and my family they were certainly the silver lining and would recommend them a thousand times over!

CPR Restoration was very responsive to my initial call and arrived at the house on time. Nick and his partner were very professional. He took time to explain what they were going to do. They were careful in pumping all the water from the basement and drying the floor. Again both of them patiently explained whatever they were doing each step of the way. I will recommend CPR to anyone I know who goes through the traumatic experience of a flooded basement.

The service provided by all of the CPR associates was excellent. We were referred to them by plumbers after a sewer back up flooded our unfinished basement. Bryan arrived later that day to give an estimate. He was professional and helpful with a situation that was stressful. The team arrived the next morning and the supervisor, Boyd explained everything clearly and most of all, everyone at the company was kind and understanding.
The cleaning job was excellent! We've had other services for previous issues and CPR was head and shoulders above the others. They were also easily available by phone for follow up questions. I highly recommend this company!
