Maid To Please

Used this service for a move-out apartment cleaning and they did a good job. I was running behind, time-wise, so this really helped me out and I was able to schedule less than a week out. Showed up on time and got down to business right away. Service: Moving-related cleaning

My landlord hired them to come do a clean the master bathroom. The previous renters were a couple of guys. The place was somewhat clean when I moved in but needed a bit more tlc. I did clean but one shower was a bit more than I knew how to throughly clean. They were very friendly and did a great job. I would hire them myself again.

Was absolutely thrilled to have Maid to Please come out. Have had a newborn in the house for a couple months now and haven't been able to clean the house to the extend I'd like. They were courteous, efficient and very good at what they do. Would highly recommend and have already signed up for the monthly cleaning service.

Jenny and Jamie have always been extremely polite and positive in addition to doing great work. A blessing to our family! I wanted to leave this review in particular about the precautions Maid To Please is taking in response to COVID-19. The girls come wearing masks, suits, and gloves while they clean, I was certainly not expecting that but appreciate it very much that they are taking steps to protect their staff and families in homes they clean.

My father recently passed away and we hired Maid to Please to come in and help clean his home. When I say that his house was disgusting, it's an understatement. Ty and Val did an amazing job, I was so impressed with the house, their professionalism, and thoroughness. I really like that I could elect the items I wanted them to clean. From the initial consult with Cindy (I believe that was her name) to the cleaning, I was extremely impressed and would highly recommend. I will be using their services often.

Great staff, good value and employees are provided health insurance and paid sick leave! Their professionalism during the Covid 19 virus has been exceptional.

We hosted a neighborhood party and Maid to Please was provided to clean prior to the party. They were awesome. They moved furniture, cleaned baseboards, cleaned between cushions. And, they were pleasant and professional. I would absolutely use them again.

I have used this service for 2.5 years & they've always been on time, notified me of the time of their arrival 3 days prior via email, & send the same friendly girls. Love them. Feel comfortable & safe with them. Highly recommend

Always a professional crew that comes in.is always great to come home to a freshly cleaned house. They even threw a few rugs in the laundry for me (on several occasions). They take out the trash if full, have done some general pick up too as part of the cleaning. Only have them in once a month and i do the remainder of the month, but they do awesome work, very flexible on scheduling, good communication about any changes in the schedule and always follow up. Great company!

My husband and I have been customers of Maid to Please for several years. We love how reliable they are. They always do a wonderful job of cleaning our home. My husband and I work long days, and it is so nice to know that we are coming home to a clean house. One of our favorite things about Maid to Please is the fact that most times, the same individuals clean our home.

They are always professional and courteous. We also love that the owner has a non-profit called "Aiding Angels." The money raised through that organization blesses so many people by providing cleaning services to people who are going through cancer treatment. Maid to Please is a reliable, stable business with a heart.

Maid to Please has been cleaning my home for the last 15 years. They do an incredible job every time they come to clean. Whenever I have something specific I would like done, I just tell the girls when they arrive and it's handled. I look so forward to arriving home to a clean house on the days they clean. I'd recommend them to anyone that wants their house cleaned. They do a fantastic job.

Lack of communication from management. I take care of my 95 year old mother in her home. Maid to Please had said I would have the same crew each time, they were scheduled to clean twice a week. This worked out great for the first few months then they had a crew change. I called to make sure this crew would stay the same. Management said yes. The new crew learned what needed to be done and again worked out fine.

Then there was another crew change. I called management again and asked about the crew change. She said my crew was unavailable so she sent a substitute. I wish she would have called to let me know they were sending a different crew. The new crew did not know our schedule and missed or skipped some things. She didn't offer any apology for not calling to let me know of the change. I felt cast aside. She offered to have them come back again to clean the things they missed but I was out of patience.
