I needed some old, obsolete electrical conduit and wiring removed from the exterior of my home. In addition to this work, I had two new outlets with a new breaker installed in the backyard for the backyard railroad I am building with my grandkids. Casey did a great job from the estimate through the completion of the project! I highly recommend Priority 1 Electric!

The owner of this company is a gentleman to whom I owe a very big thank you too. my fridge panel went out and in a frantic omg my food call he literally gave me million dollar advice for free which is why and because I had other issues also when it came time to pick electrician I 100% hands down called out to this company. Tech was SUPER FRIENDLY! reasonable also didn't try to upsell just to me this or that let's go further and bam. excellent service.

That's all it takes sometimes is to slow down and love your Job. I will only EVER EVER call them no matter what property I'm at Thank you guys for checking my shorts with style

All the lights went out in our bathroom. After checking breakers and GF's we called our "go to" electrician who said he had retired. George said a wire had probably come loose or broken at the light switch. We called Priority 1 (they said the charge to come out would be applied to the service and they would give a senior discount). They sent Cassie.

We told him exactly what we told George. He spent the next 2 1/2 hours plus checking everything but the light switch. When he finally got around to the light switch it took him less than 15 minutes to fix the problem. We were charged $458. Would have been more because he wanted to add the basic charge to that amount. We told him we had be told that wouldn't happen and he agreed to just charge us for the 3 hours he spent to fix the 15 minutes to 1/2 hour job.

Had no power and called Priority 1 electric for service, Mike the technician out within 2 hrs of calling on a Sunday. He was very professional and helpful. Identified the problem even though we thought it was way worse. Great company and good pricing Service: Electrical power restoration

This is the 2nd time we needed them. Always friendly, always informative, always AVAILABLE. Called another and the nearest appointment was over 2 weeks away. That doesn't work when you have babies that need AC. Highly recommend. -- They are also available 24/7 but we elected to wait until morning. If you need someone NOW, Priority 1 should be your first call.

I was very impressed with Priority 1 Electric. The estimate I received was below the amount I expected to pay for the services I had done. THEY STOLE $400 IN POWER TOOLS FROM MY HOME. THEY LEFT THE JOB UNFINISHED AND NEVER CALLED BACK. WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER. RUN FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND NEVER LET THEM INTO YOUR HOME! Simple job: update/ground all electrical outlets. They came out the first day, worked for 3 hours and then said that they had another customer who refused to wait, and THEY JUST ABANDONED US.

We had this appointment for weeks, and they said they had just provided an estimate to this other customer that afternoon. They took complete advantage of our kindness. We bought them lunch/gave them water, etc. I even tipped the one poor trainee kid, because he was left here by his coworkers completely alone for 1 of those 3 hours. They said they would be back the next day at 8 AM.

They casually roll in THREE HOURS LATE, at about 11 AM the next day. We were here waiting for them at 8 AM. No call from them; we had to call them and ask where they were. Later, we had no choice but to leave for a couple of hours to meet the moving truck down the street, and that's when they STOLE OUR POWER TOOLS FROM OUR BACK YARD. When we finished with the truck, they had a different guy here with them (who I think is the boss) who was CLEARLY DRUNK.

As they were leaving, he says he forgot one of the outlets, switched it out and ASKED ME FOR CASH IMMEDIATELY AFTER PAYING MY BILL! Guess what?! WHEN HE SWITCHED THAT OUTLET, HE KILLED THE POWER TO OUR WHOLE HOUSE FAN and the flood lights in the yard. I'd say they didn't finish more than half of the job, and they actually made it WORSE than before they were here!

We called them and let them know that they broke the house fan, didn't finish the job, and stole our tools. They said they would call us back to make an appointment. That was almost 2 WEEKS AGO! They didn't seem to care the first time we called and they have never called us back. We got an estimate from another company who told us that THEY LEFT THE ELECTRICAL CORDS ON THE GROUND UNDER THE HOUSE instead of stapling them up!

I am so upset and hurt by this experience and now I have to pay a different company to come out and fix the damage caused by Priority 1 Electric! And no replacing the power tools as they had sentimental value. Oh, and just to add insult to injury: when I asked for an update while they were here, they wouldn't talk to me about the repairs, they said they would prefer to speak to my husband instead. Twice.

Called yesterday, they arrived today, as scheduled, gave a good estimate, performed the repair. On time, correct and no hassle. I will continue to use their excellent services.

The electrician they sent seemed to be well trained. However he went into exacting detail about how their prices are calculated. He did a good job and I would hire them again.

Great experience. Job well done and Manual even gave me a quick lesson on how to install a light cover since I couldn't find a replacement light for the one I had them move. They are my go to company for electrical.

I really can't say anything negative about Priority 1 Electric. They delivered everything they promised, and more. On time, on budget and outstanding work. The inspector even commented on the quality and organization of the wiring, which is not that easy to come by. If you're looking for electric work, you can't go wrong here.highly recommended.

Our service guy, who was here at the time he stated and was very friendly and explain and answered questions that we had. We would definitely use him again and would recommend him to any one else who is in need of service. This company did a great job on explaining the work as well as actually doing the work. On time, on budget, and great service.

Priority 1 Electric was the best contractor I have hired yet! He clearly defined the cost upfront. Technician was professional enough to explain my options and offer suggestions that were appropriate for my project. I would definitely hire Priority 1 Electric again.

They were very professional. I was contacted immediately. Scheduled an appointment, he arrived on time and was very courteous. I was not hesitant to have him enter my home. He even covered his shoes.very nice touch. His work was excellent and he was friendly and polite. I plan to contact them in the future.
