Ace Fence

Should be 0 honestly. The level of service offered by this abhorrent company begins and ends with you handing them the paycheck. I would be embarrassed if I were to put my name on this brand. To start with there was a hole in one of the posts that they just super glued a scrap piece over and that fell off almost immediately. Now one of our gates has fallen off, we have tried contacting them multiple times with absolutely NO response they have made NO effort to contact us back and are now doing the EXACT same thing to our friends. Absolutely pathetic business being ran.

Once the fence installed you are on your own. Gates had issues 4 months after the installation. I tried to reach them through multiple calls and emails. They promised me to come back and replace two gates. After 9 months of wasted time of trying to contact them and fix the gates, ACE fence was reported to the BBB, then they tried to contact them also and got no responses. If you want solid work with a great customer service do not choose ACE fence.

Sloppy work. Don't fall for the "you're a customer for life" line that Mark will give you. Once your warranty is over and your posts are heaving and gates are all screwed up, Mark won't return calls. Even when you make it a point that you'll pay for the services. You're on your own after that.

The fence it self looks good, but they installed it very quickly and sloppy. There's gaps under parts of the fence that if I had a small dog it would be able to get out and I've called them 3 times about that and the owner Mark has not returned my calls.

I had 9 companies in the Syracuse area quote a vinyl fence with 3 gates, roughly 220 ft in total. I asked similar questions to all of these companies and it was Mark from Ace who ultimately made me feel most comfortable with his knowledge of fencing and assurance that they stand by their craftsmanship. His quote came in around the middle of the group and about 40% less than the highest 2 quotes I received.

I was impressed with the product they used and the extra steps they take to ensure the fence withstands Upstate NY weather conditions. 1 year later and after a Syracuse Winter with some strong windstorms, the fence appears immaculate. I have referred others to Ace and will continue to do so.

We used them once price was fair. We went to use them again and got brushed off. He told me one day then played it off like he meant the week after. The day came he never called or showed up. Thanks to Leaders Fence Co. we will have our fence done in a few weeks!

This company is the reason small businesses are the backbone of American business writ large. Integrity. Honesty. Craftsmanship. Professionalism. Promptness. Customer-Oriented. These are just some of the words to describe Mark and his crew. Turns out, I needed a few things changed before final payment was made. With the utmost courtesy and friendliness, Mark came out himself to survey my concerns and, without hesitation (!) had the crew re-position a couple of the posts and add reinforcements at several points along the bottom of the fence.

The folks at the Home Depot Pro desk sang his praises when I mentioned the contractor that I had hired to do the job. This was a good sign to me. But, during my first phone convo with Mark, my gut told me his was the company to hire--my gut, plus experience I had with the other companies from which I had obtained written quotes. I just didn't want to delay writing about my experience, so that those of you who are looking will have a real customer's account of how truly remarkable it is to still have honest, top-notch businessmen who care about the quality of their product and services.

I used Ace fence to remove my old fence and install new pressure treated fence. They arrived as expected and in 1 day had old fence down and posts in. Then 2 days later I heard a knock on door and Joe from Ace was there with my wallet in hand he found it in driveway, I dropped it the night before when getting out of car. This was a very honest thing for him to do, most people now a days may have kept it. They finished fence and did a great job. I would highly recommend This company.

He came to my house, took measurements, gave me a quote and let me know it would take about two weeks before he could get started. Everything went smoothly and I couldn't be happier with my new fence.

Amazing job! The gentlemen were professional and patient! Our job took longer because of unforeseen problems drilling holes, but it was worth the wait! We asked them to help repair a part of the neighbors' fence as well and to take our shrub to the road for us and they didn't charge a cent extra! And the pricing? MUCH lower than what we were quoted from Lowe's! Quality is amazing and we just love our new fenced yard! Thank you Ace!

Wow! I am a very pleased customer. There were no surprises when I hired Ace for my fence project. The fence I wanted was installed to my specifications; now, I can get some dogs. Communication was as, and when expected. The installers were kind, and I understood all communication from them.

Dug new holes for fence posts on one side of yard and put fencing back up plus supplied some new fencing new gate. This was a lot of repair. It took them 2 days to do work. We were very satisfied with their work. Very good. They started on Friday dug and cemented all post came back on Monday put up fencing.

They were very good and nice. They were a little more expensive, but it was worth it. They did the work faster than other companies and went above and beyond.

Mark and his crew were professional at all times. Communication was always open. The pricing was better than expected. Mark, thank you to you and your entire staff, it was a pleasure.
