Pre-design services can include an evaluation of a potential site, assistance in programming spaces, and the creation of preliminary concept studies and marketing materials.

In addition to the design-build approach, we also offer conventional construction services for clients seeking Copeland's renowned quality on projects designed by others. Through our experience working with our own architectural staff, we can efficiently collaborate with designers and also provide professional assistance if changes are needed.
Design-Build

For many of our projects, we recommend a traditional project delivery method known as design-build. In this process, the same entity provides design and construction service which offers the benefit of a single point of contact and responsibility, more quality control during construction and better flexibility to adjust to changes and tight schedules.

As a multi-disciplinary office, Copeland has years of experience designing residential and commercial buildings for clients throughout the region. We know each client has a unique set of circumstances such as a specific location and budget, particular space requirements, and an individual character.

Working with Copland Architecture was truly a pleasure. Not only would I change nothing about our home but they meet and exceed our exceptions. Most people's experiance in designing and building a home is a stressful time but I can say that was not our experiance. So thank you Copeland for all you hard work and attention to details. Copeland Architecture and Construction designed and built our house 12 years. The design and the construction quality were first rate.
