Craig the technician first came out to fix this door, I ask him about how long it would last? The door has been there 30 years and the gears were wearing out. So ask about a price and he gave me one for a new motor which was wearing out. He was very professional in what he did and made sure every thing was going to fit. Any question I asked he had a great answer and he knew what he was doing.

Called Reddi late on Saturday morning. Figured I would have to wait for Monday or later. To my surprise, they sent a technician out in less than two hours. When Michael arrived, we was very efficient and courteous and had our door fixed in less than 30 minutes. Works like new again. I would recommend Reddi for any door repairs and will certainly use them again.

Craig was the technician on the job and he was in and out in about 30 minutes. I was shocked at how fast he was. I called the night before at 10 PM to schedule and he called on his way to my house at 8 AM and was there by 8:15 and gone by 8:45. Job well done. PS: The lady I talked to on the phone the night before and the morning of was very kind and polite. This was an all around great service.

Our wireless App set up for opening and closing the garage door stopped working. We called Reddi and they sent Tim out right after the weekend-Totally unexpected for that short of turn-around. Tim reprogrammed everything and patiently walked us through each step of setting up the new App. He was super awesome and knowledgeable. It was refreshing to have a technician (of any trade) demonstrate how he really enjoys his profession/trade and working for his particular company. He is a fantastic representative of Reddi, and should be commended for the high performance and professionalism levels. Your employees truly make your company.

"Tech 35046 Craig Dugan" did and outstanding job fixing our garage door this morning. Was able to come out right away even though they scheduled further in the afternoon. Repaired the door within 20-30 min. Can't even tell my wife drove through it lol. Highly recommend if you are in a hurry to get to work. Thank You!

Overhead Door was available the same day during my emergent issue. I called two other places and they were unable to schedule me within the week. Michael M. was my technician. He worked on my door which came off the track during a cold day. He explained what could have happened to the door to cause the issue. He made sure the garage door was still aligned and functioning well.

I am so happy that our garage door works properly now! One car was locked in the garage and mine was locked out in the cold when the spring broke on Sunday night. I called the next day and Michael came out the following day. Got it fixed in less than an hour - he knows what he is doing and is efficient!

I'm very cheap and had gotten a few quotes on fixing my garage door during the summer. I refused to pay. INow it is getting cold and I don't want to be manually opening and closing a garage door. I decided to check around and called Reddi. The lady was so nice and said they could have someone out today. Mike came out and analyzed the problem and fixed it in 15 minutes or less.
He was super nice we talked for 15 more minutes. He helped to educate me on garage maintenance and oiled my door. I am super satisfied. I'm back to putting my autistic grandson safely in the car from our warm garage.

I needed some service on my garage door this summer after a gear & sprocket broke. From the time I called the office to make a service request until Tim came to my house was less than 30 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem, quoted me a repair cost, and completed the job within 30 minutes. After he finished he did a thorough check of the proper door operation and realized there was some cables that needed tightening, he promptly took care of it and then lubed everything for a quieter open/close. I'm very pleased to recommend Reddi.
