I live in a small town, so services are hard to come by. Have a problem with amp. Called these guys, asked about it, Jerry said "Hey cut to the chase." So I quick told them. He said it would be a service call, with four hours travel time. I offered to pay by credit card if I could fully explain my issue and troubleshoot over the phone. He said no.

I asked if he knew of any other places in Sioux Falls that were not as abrupt and rude with new customers.he said "Probably not." Call ended. Jerry must have been having a bad day.but there is no excuse for that bad of customer service.

We had another security company and they left the area. Foss did an excellent job moving the equipment, setting everything up and provided the necessary follow-up. Foss always has responded to any problems or questions in a quick and polite way.

Foss provides great customer service as they are always available to help with any issues that arise. There have been only a couple minor problems with our system in the 6 years we have been using them but each time their technician has been able to correct the issue quickly. Very pleased with Foss Security and recommend them to everyone.
