Services
Commercial
Report
People often times ignore the condition of their roof unless there's water leaking in or there's visible damage after a storm. This is especially true for larger roofs on commercial and industrial buildings. Commercial roofs almost always tend to be a flat roof and are commonly composed of metal for its low maintenance and extended durability and performance.
Residential
Report
Roofs in Texas typically take a beating from hail, trees, extreme temperatures and other elements. Few people want to or do climb on their roof to inspect its condition. With typical roofs, the granuals that fall after a hard storm are a sign that it might have been impacted by the storm.
New Roof
Report
A thorough roof inspection from our experts will make you aware of your roof's condition and tell you if a replacement roof is necessary. There are some obvious signs that it's time for a new roof on your Texas home. Sometimes, however, there are no visible signs of damage that lead you to believe you need a new roof.
Hail Damage
Report
Imagine Tiger Woods driving a thousand golf balls at your roof and you'll have a good idea of how a severe hail storm can harm roof shingles and other roof elements (skylights, gutters, vent hoods, etc.) Following a severe storm, your first roofing concern is whether or not the storm caused any leakage that might damage your home's interior.
Replacement
Report
Metal roofs can require replacement if the panels have been damaged by high winds or other impacts. Replacement may also be called for when panels rust or the factory-applied finish deteriorates. Sometimes the new metal roofing system can even be installed over the existing structure.

Metal Roofs of Texas stood out head and tails above the other roofing companies. They took care of sending the estimates to the insurance company. All I had to do was read the paperwork when it came back and at the end of the job write the check.

My experience has been amazing. I've dealt with other roofers in the past and had to go through so much on my own. I had felt like I was kind of having to become a roofer myself. It was a one-stop shop for me. Josey Parks came in. He helped me; he described and explained every single thing that would be going on. He really has taken care of things from beginning to end for me.

Metal Roofs of Texas were very professional and did a great job for me on my roof. They were very proficient in working with my insurance company. Before they left everyday they cleaned up the yard, that's professionalism. They never left the debris overnight. I was very pleased with that situation. Metal Roofs of Texas took care of me very well.
