Rickey Greer, Co-Owner of RNR Home Improvements, and another employee came to a house I was purchasing to provide an estimate for plumbing work I needed done, including replumbing the entire house. I received a written estimate the following day for $12,820, but I had some follow-up questions so I emailed both Rickey and the other employee, as well as cc'ing the other co-owner, Will Hudson, on Wednesday, March 16th.

When I did not receive any response to that email, I emailed again on Monday, March 21st, and this time also inquired about a possible start date on the project. When I didn't receive any response to that email either, my wife telephoned on Thursday, March 24th, and left a voicemail message on the contact phone number listed for the business on their website (610-291-3799).

It is now Monday afternoon, March 28th, and we still have never received a response from any of our attempts to communicate with them over the past two weeks, either by phone or by email. I don't understand why they bothered to come out to the house in the first place and write up an estimate if they had no intention of following through on the project.

If this is the quality of their communication with clients when they're seeking business, I can only imagine what it would be like once a contract has been signed and they have their (your) money. I will not be attempting to contact them again. And I suggest that you not bother attempting to contact them either.

RNR did a beautiful job remodeling my apartment I thought that was the best work I've ever seen!

My oldest Twin, Robert who turns 3 in January, threw a basketball at our sliding glass door and shattered it. I was at our store and called 3-4 companies to help us, as this was an emergency, and no one was able to help. Called the owner of this awesome company, and they came out in less than an hour, cleaned it up, stabilized the situation and set us up with a glass company for Monday. I highly recommend this company! Thank you so much Mr. Greer and his crew at RNR Home improvements!

I had the opportunity to meet the RNR construction crew and would like to say what a bunch of down to earth, pleasant people who have transformed some amazing places.

Rickey Greer was great to work with. I was out of town for the majority of the time and he was very easy to work with by phone, email and text, providing me with updates (including pictures) as the work progressed.

Rickey was awesome to work with. He was prompt with the estimate and made me feel very comfortable with him. He was upfront with me about the wait time between receiving the estimate and when work would begin and I appreciated that. Once work started, the crew was courteous and professional. They worked so fast too!

I had excellent results with this company. The owners Rickey and Will were professional and did exactly what they said they would do. They kept me informed at every stage and worked with me on the design. I called for a bid when I realized leaks in the shower and toilet areas were going to require a full restoration and remodel.
