To put a house under policy, a licensed technician will complete an assessment of your home looking for any current and pre-existing termite activity, take measurements, and present a proposal to protect your home. After a policy is in place, the home will be inspected annually and we will look for new termite activity.

Action has been doing our quarterly pest protection for a couple of years now and I wouldn't use anyone else in the upstate of South Carolina. Anything that has come up, they have addressed during their visit. Yellow jackets included. Everyone who has come to our home has been friendly. Each person who I have talked to at their location has been professional and accommodative. Great people, great service and highly recommend.

We've been using Action Pest Control for about three years now. Robin is always on time, adjusts to your schedule (when to do inside/outside) and always asks if you have any issues. Customer service is fantastic. Emails, calls and texts to make sure that everything works out well before they come out. The price is a bargain if you compare it against other competitors. Recently we added the mosquito treatment and it had made such a difference! Highly recommend Action Pest Control, and definitely ask for Robin!

We have used Action for 2 years and I remain impressed with the service. Matt is professional and friendly, great with kids and pets, and obviously cares about the work he performs. All of Action's employees have been great, and they come quickly for free retreatments (included with the quarterly service price) if a new creature turns up. Today it was ants and Matt spent over an hour treating inside and outside the house, including finding a huge mound hidden by shrubs. In today's world, it isn't always easy to find quality service providers, but Action is hands down one of the best.
