They installed our new hardwood floors and did a wonderful job. Everyone was very polite, punctual, and professional. My wife works in construction and felt they did a great job overall. They even made custom transitions for us that turned out perfectly. We had a small issue with a transition cracking due to the carpet on one side being very uneven.
We mentioned it and they made a new transition as well as evening things out so it would happen on ANY of the transitions. They did this with zero push back or extra charges. Melvin was actually on site was well so you feel that they really take pride in doing a good job. They were also the only ones to appreciate/recognize the quality of the wood we had already had (not a common brand, at least in the USA) and the only ones the agreed with the manufacturer's suggested installation method of glue down (even though it was over a wood subfloor). We would re-hire them in the future and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price.

I gave this experience time it has been a couple of months since Melvin and he's team installed laminate flooring in my two floored 4 bed room home. To give a good review I decided to wait. And with that said. I have no issues with Melvin he was very professional and honest very direct and did not give me the run around like other contractors. I had rotten carpet due to a puppy.
