John is awesome. He treated our home over 2 years ago and we never had a problem again until a family member started hiding food in their room. When they moved out we realized we had some bugs. When I contacted PMi they fit us in real fast since my husband isn't home right now because of radiation treatments. John made sure we were taken care of before he came home.

When John came he was super thorough and I'm confident we won't have to worry about anything again. John is always super patient and makes sure to explain what he treated, why, and anything I need to change that will stop the return. I will only use PMi and John for our pest care needs.

We hired PMI for a full crawlspace encapsulation + moisture control (our mold remediation was already done) and were very happy and impressed by their work. They communicated well, had no surprise billing, walked me through the work once completed and answered all of my questions, and had convenient payment options. We would use them again if we had another property.

We needed some repair work done in our sealed crawlspace. The technician took care of it while we were out of town and did a great job. I will always recommend Pest Management Systems, Inc.

We have enjoyed having Alan Buchanan help us with our wild animal problem. He responds quickly to texts and gets here quickly when we need him. This company is amazing. We get the mosquito spray during the summer and we most recently had our crawlspace encapsulated. Andrew, Randall and their team did an outstanding job. They are professional, courteous and exceptional at what they do. Our crawlspace is now clean and dry and will ensure our home and our family will be safe with better air quality for many years to come.

I cannot recommend Pest Management Systems more highly. On a Sunday morning at 8:30 AM, I called Pest Management Systems for help to remove a dead deer stuck in my fence at my house. Within an hour the deer was removed from the fence and carried away to be buried. PMSI does insect control at my house. This company is family-owned and they treat their customers and their employees like family. You should call PMSI for your insect and animal control needs.

We switched to PMI after our previous provider indicated that they would not be guaranteeing their services and charging additional fees for pest issues in between regular service. We have been so happy with PMI, and I'm so happy we switched! Joe has been very helpful and thorough, and he has done such a wonderful job. We have been very satisfied.

I left a message on PMi's website over the holiday weekend and PMi called me at 9 AM Monday morning. I explained my situation and they showed up the same day. I'm very pleased with the professionalism they have shown this far. I feel very confident they will address the issue and I will have no more problems. Beware and be careful if you call someone that works for themselves.

I made this mistake and was overcharged and the guy did not return or call me for three days, then came back and begged me to do the job but I told him he lost the job and the PMi was going to handle the issue.

Rocky is very knowledgeable and friendly. He was very thorough in his investigation of where and how pests have been entering our home and took the time to not only show me points of entry but offered solutions on how we need to correct problems to discourage pests in the future like clearing bushes and leaf debris away from the home, even the gutters. He even cleared away several spider webs for me, which I greatly appreciated. He is a valuable part of a great team.

Mr. Berry was a life saver for me and my home! He was an angel sent from above! I called the company and they didn't have any appointments until days later after I realized I had a flea issue (not to mention, I don't have pets). However, one of the assistant's, Ms. Kathy, who also showed compassion to the issue, called Mr. Berry and he had just gotten home from his shift for the day. Mr. Berry drove from his home in another county, came and took care of my issue!

He also performed a follow-up appointment and was extremely prompt, helpful with any questions, explained the process and was professional to the max! I could not ask for better service from this company! He has put me at ease and now I can get back to normal self, pest free!

I have used pest management twice now. Once for a general outdoor treatment and just a week ago for a yellow jacket problem. I have 2 young boys so I was eager to have the issue resolved. Rocky Billings was the technician that treated my yard for the yellow jackets. Mr. Billings quickly found the problem area and treated it I have not had one bee sting since.

I will continue using Pest Management for all my pest prevention and control needs. I highly recommend Pest Management to anyone that is looking for a honest all around great pest control/prevention company. Mr. Billings and the office staff at Pest Management showed excellent customer service. The office staff also seemed well educated in pest control and pest prevention. Called Pest Management Systems of Greensboro this morning at 08:53AM the representative was very professional and scheduled a technician to come to our home at 12 noon on the same day. Wow! Andrew the technician arrived right on schedule, was very professional and knowledgeable. He conducted a thorough inspection of our home and was able to put our concerns to rest.

He answered every question we had. My wife and I were very impressed with the service provided. Did I mention this was a FREE inspection. Highly recommend you give them a call if you have any need for their services.

Very thorough inspection quote for termite services, the gentleman certainly knew his stuff. I ultimately did not go with them due to their higher price point and the fact that my home is not at high risk for termites - if it were, it seems like their expertise would justify the additional cost.

I had a bird fly into my Dryer vent. I called yesterday and made an appointment. Billy Clark called this morning saying he could be early. Excellent service! Fortunately, after a thorough search and cleaning of the stuck trap door, the bird had escaped. I recommend this company highly.

I would like to say that in my 34 years in the Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning business, I have never seen a crawl space system that really worked properly. That is until I saw the one designed and implemented by Billy Tesh and CrawlSpace Care. I built my house in Summerfield in 2001, and I immediately noticed that I had a moisture-condensate problem in my crawl space.

I've contacted them about a year ago for an on going service and they have great customer service both on the phone and in person. I then wanted to add a service and the worker had time to fit us in that day! I also have to say the price isn't bad either! And the service works! We don't see those unwanted pests anymore!

Dear Mr. Tesh, I am writing this letter to let you know how much I greatly appreciate the specialized and quality work your employees did to rid my home of bed bugs recently. I also truly appreciate your willingness to travel outside your normal work area. The whole process of discovering our home had been invaded by bed bugs was an absolute nightmare.
