I wish that I could give them no stars. One star is grossly overrated. This was the worse experience ever. They used out excavator and broke the shaft. We never charged them for it. We were okay and forgiving. They only came two days and never returned to finish the job. They would not refund our money either. We had to finish the job. Even worse, the posts that they installed were very crooked.

My sons did a better job with very little fencing experience. I have waited a long time for them to make this right. It is very clear that they have no intent to do so. Beware of this company. You can randomly pick any other fence company and will undoubtedly have a better experience. I was "Unlucky" to have chosen "Lucky Fencing". Roll the dice and choose anyone else, and you will have better luck than me. I gambled by choosing them and lost around $3,000. John M.

I LOVE my semi privacy fence! They gave me a good price and did a really great job! I didn't have to wait very long for them to get started and then they were done before I could turn my head. Absolutely love my fence! The owner Steve is so nice! He truly cares about his customers and his fences are installed by his personal team not a contracted group that he hires. He takes the time to explain what would work best on your property. I leave him voicemails and he calls back promptly on his personal cellphone. I never felt like I was just. a sale to him.

Steve and Joel came to the rescue for my family when a general contractor we hired to install a six foot wooden privacy fence abandoned the job 20% of the way through. There was a cancellation, and so they removed the (very poor) work that had already been done by the other contractor and had a new fence installed 10 days after I first called them back in April.

We have a large, challenging yard, and most other fencing companies I called wouldn't go near this job, let alone go near it without price gouging us because we were in such a desperate position. Danny and Jamie, the crew who did most of the work on the fence, were professional and extremely hard working. We couldn't be happier with the quality of the fence or the way we were treated. I have zero complaints about this experience. Steve and Joel are two upstanding guys, and I would recommend Lucky Fencing to anyone.

I had an aluminum fence installed several weeks back by Luck Fencing. Joel and his team showed up on time ready to work. We walked the property to make sure we were all on the same page. I've had no issues since the installation and the fence looks great. During the process, Steve was able to easily work around the my pool construction schedule. The overall communication, product quality, and professionalism were great. Highly recommend!

These were great people to work with. They returned my call the same day, came out to give me a quote, which was better than any of the others that I had gotten. Steve and Joel were amazing! Right on time, fast, high quality work. This team is very proud of what they do and you can see it. Some of the most personable people I've ever met. One acre of fence installed, in the woods, with a lot of concrete, in a little over 2 days. I would recommend Lucky Fence, Steve, Joel and team for any fencing job you might have. Lucky fence installed an aluminum fence for us almost 3 years ago. They cut every corner possible. Out of 50+ post only 18-20had concrete in the hole. It was poured in dry and splashed with water. Upon discovering this, the owner was less than accommodating but sent the crew back out to fix the problem. ( very poor fix). In less than the three. years I have had to reset close to 20 post in concrete.

I know I will have more in the next few years. They also cut the irrigation wires and denied doing so. ( which they would not pay for.) I pulled up the post with and saw the wires that had been cut. How did I pull up the post, again there was NO concrete in the hole. The story does not stop there. When the lake went to low pool over the winter there were 9 bags of concrete in the lake by the dock accompanied with all the post tops that they cut off as well as other fence pieces. That what you get when you go with the low bid. It looked amazing at payment time, but not three years later.

Fence was installed July 10th 2019. In August of this year they finally power washed the fence for stain.after many phone calls and no action. Last week they came by to get my stain color and picked up my. sample. No action since. I made a mistake and paid Steve in full the day of installation. The fence is very uneven at the bottom. There is one place a small animal could come through. Steve assured me he would take care of it. Promises not kept.

Needed an upgrade from a old, rickety chain link fence to a wood privacy fence for our dogs. Lucky was super reasonable, the fence looks amazing, and got the job done fast! Can't recommend them enough!

Lucky Fencing worked with my budget, got my fence started right away, and then finished up in just a few days. The fence is amazing and exactly what I asked for!

Just before Christmas, we called Lucky Fence to look and quote a privacy fence we wanted to have installed across the back of our property. Steve promptly called back and scheduled an appointment. Steve was on-time for appointment, provided counsel and advice, and he gave us an excellent quote which included an incentive if we could do the job by year end.

The crews came out the day after Christmas to start the job and finished it in 3 days. The work crew was very professional and courteous and did excellent, quality work. Steve came by to check on progress everyday and responded quickly to phone calls or questions! They cleaned up and left everything in tip top shape. Highly recommend Lucky Fencing!

The fence was left unfinished and a mess was left and unused material was just left piled in my driveway. I paid in advance in order to get the jobs on the list quickly and I had chain link fence put in and requested a bottom wire be put in to keep it tight enough to hold my dogs in, it was never installed and they even argued with me that it didn't need to be done.

Customer service is the main issue here. I even called the owner and was told that it would be taken care of but no-one every showed back up and I was only given excuses. I would not recommend this company again.

I wish I could say that I've had nothing but a great experience but I haven't. The job is still not fully completed and the owner seems unwilling to get the job done. We had high expectations for our very large project but service when there is a problem is THE problem. We still can't get our issues resolved.

It's been seven months and as of today our fence and gate project has done been completed based on the contract we signed in September I'd 2017. Broken promise after broken promise. Not showing up in the numerous days he promised. I personally would not recommend them to do any kind of work for anyone that I know.

We are in love! My husband asked a bunch of fence companies for quotes-- Joel with Lucky Fencing called and came out that night and was able to get us a quote! The fence is amazing, sturdy, and very well-made. They knocked out over 280' of privacy fence in a little over two days. This company has no word of honor. My husband was so nice to them. They already got our full payment and cashed the check long time ago. Left our fence undone. Expected date of completion was before Thanksgiving 2017. Up to this writing, Jan 14, 2018, they never finished our fence yet.i will give them a little more chance then i will post some pictures od their job. I am being impatient.

Let me tell you about Lucky Fence Company! Steve was a complete stranger to me (for about 5 minutes). This man came into my upside down life and took care of me like a brother. I will not go into things that were going on with me except I moved into a condominium that is located on Washington Pike with my two dachshunds that I love so very much.

Lucky Fencing proved to be extremely helpful when we had storm damage to our fencing. They promptly responded to our call and were on site and fixing the damaged fencing and adding fencing in less than a week.

We had a 6 foot privacy fence put up by Lucky around our whole yard. It looked really good but then a few months later nails backing out, boards loose, gate is hanging due to no cross supports added. Called the company twice, never came out to do the simple repairs that were needed. We were told, "It is our busy season and a lot of new jobs starting". That is not our problem, they were paid in full, so they should follow through on the repairs as requested. Disappointed. Charles - West knoxville
