We have had two custom houses built by Colony for us. Bill and Tami had excellent design suggestions and worked to incorporate our desired features into the house. Both houses were finished on time and budget. Colony provided follow-up after closing, addressing any concerns and ensuring a satisfied customer.

We have lived in three Colony houses, two of which we had built. We went through another builder before and there is no comparison. Colony laid everything out for us - they provided a schedule and stuck to it. They were proactive in listening to our needs, and even foresaw what changes might need to be made and had us thinking ahead. It was an easy and painless process.
