We were very pleased with the upgrade to our existing home security system. From the start the technician was extremely professional and obviously competent. He was at our home for nearly 11 hours on a Saturday, and not once did he try to rush or cut corners. Instead he was very meticulous and thorough, and always leaned towards getting things done correctly and completely.the first time.

At one point we had to step out to run a few quick errands, and the technician offered to step out of the house and wait in his car until we returned. Which wasn't necessary, because at this point we completely trusted him. He was very courteous and respectful, and not once did he forget to act as though he was in someone else's home. Marsha H
