Beautiful patio and competitive prices (not the cheapest, but definitely not the most expensive). The office staff and Alex were very responsive via phone and email. Scheduling everything was quick. The initial estimate was timely and once the material arrived the patio installation was scheduled and installed quickly. I did have to wait about 3 months for materials, but that has nothing to do with them. I had several outlets added and the price they charged was reasonable. Very happy with end product.

Creative Patio Works just finished installing a patio cover at my house. The workmen were on time, polite, and knew what they were doing. The results were even better than we had expected. They were recommended to us and I would not hesitate to recommend them to other going forward.

Class Act from start to finish. Alex and his installation crew were like a well tuned ballet installing our patio cover. This company was less than half the price of an estimate we received from S & W Designs. You can't go wrong with this company. Highly recommended.

Alex and his team did an amazing job installing the solid awning in my backyard. From my first interactions with the staff, I was impressed with the friendly, professional and thorough service. Their prices are also very reasonable. The team not only installed the awning, but cleaned the existing beams and wiped down the patio furniture before putting it back.

After installation, there was an issue caused by the previous pergola, and Alex came back out to see what may be causing it. He was very patient and knowledgeable in explaining the issue, and helped coordinate with a roofer who completed the work within a few days of being contacted. Great service! They did a great job explaining our options, and patiently worked with the City to get our unique permit issue approved. I spoke with multiple employees while trying to resolve the permit issue and each time they were patient, friendly, and understanding. This company built me a beautiful motorized patio cover in 2011. Why I'm giving them 5 stars now is for their customer service. They have honored their warranty on a motor issue almost 10 years later. This company has been easy to work with and is very responsive. I highly recommend Creative Patio Works!

Alex and his team did an awesome job with the project. He not only installed a freestanding patio cover but also was able to provide landscaping to our new build. He provided us a quote within a few days after seeing our property. Alex made sure we understood our countless options for patio covers. We were able to color match our house. He provided great service throughout the process. There were some delays, however it was due to materials being available. My wife and I are very happy with the craftsmanship of the patio cover.

I the office number listed and telephone number listed is NOT working. Bad way to do business. I called 5 times. Very unprofessional. Now it goes to some random voicemail saying the person at extension such and such is unavailable. How the heck can you still be in business if you can't even get your contact information number right? I'm taking my business elsewhere. They're probably a good business with hardworking people, but am not recommending them

I agree, I would absolutely give 10 stars to Alex and his team! They came out as scheduled for our estimate to replace a 50 year old patio cover. Their bid was done so professionally and the pricing was very reasonable for everything that was to be done. They completed the project in a very timely manner, even staying late into the evening to complete as we were going into Stay at Home ordered the following day and did not want to leave the project unfinished as no one knew what might be coming.

It is absolutely beautiful and such a beautiful addition to our back yard. With the time we are now spending at home, they have given us a place to enjoy and see some joy in a difficult time. We've done a few things to our home, and the patio cover has made a significant difference. The shade in summer heat is amazing, and sitting out and listening to the rain is super nice too. I often spend more time on the patio than the rest of the home. We opted for the full cover with adjustable LED lights and a fan. The fan could be more powerful but we supplied it.

A heater would be great. Not sure if this is an option. The install was flawless. I've waited a few years before commenting. I had a minor leak at a seam and the service was extremely professional. It took about two weeks or maybe three but the issue was minor so no concerns there. Our cover is about 16x22. I wish it was bigger and that I had another cover or two in other areas of the little yard.

I currently have an 8 x 4 foot patio table under it with 6 large patio chairs. Lots of parties and gatherings. There isn't enough room for adding a ping pong table, but close. We have the table close to center and there is always somewhere under it that is dry even in the heaviest wind/rain or shaded, and it is tall by request - about 9 feet from ground to ceiling.

This also reduced fan effectiveness so I may extend the fan lower. Ultimately I am super happy with this company. For one, their product. But more importantly, they are professionals in all aspects and a real pleasure to work with. The squared away owner even came out for the service issue and provided helpful tips.

Creative Patio Works is part of the Bluestar Landscape Designers team. Alex traveled to my home in Chico to give me a bid on an Alumawood shade structure. His price was substantially less than what was quoted by a local contractor. He and his crew did a beautiful job. It is the focal point in a complete backyard makeover. I couldn't be happier. My friends' comments are, "Wow" and "Looks awesome". Thanks, Alex!

Tried to get a quote; lady taking the calls seemed aloof & irritated that i called. I couldn't hang up fast enough.

Really should be a zero star. No show for a scheduled appointment. Waited 20 mins no call from them. Tooo bad. NEXT PLEASE!

I am going to give Alex & his team 5 stars. I would give him more if I could and I will most certainly post pictures (once my paint project is complete). I needed to do a fairly large remodel at my home and I couldn't GIVE my money away to find a contractor. This project consisted of demolition, new concrete pad as well as building a new patio cover.

I had messaged Alex on Yelp and didn't hear back from him initially.a few weeks went by and he responded and we got an appointment for Gary to come out and bid the job. I met with Gary, he came out, looked at the scope of work and gave me (what I felt was a fair and reasonable price). I signed the contract right then. I will say that during the project we encountered some issues.(NOTHING THAT HAD TO DO WITH CREATIVE PATIO WORKS and EVERYTHING TO DO WITH MY HOME) but Alex put me in contact with people that could assist in fixing those issues.

The team came out, installed a new slider then got to work on the demo. Once that was done, they tore out all our old concrete and laid a new slab before installing the patio cover. I was hesitant to do this project because I would lose 400+ SQ but honestly after all is said and done, I have a dope little chill spot in my backyard. I don't even miss the room that was there. Thank you Alex, Martin & Team! You have completely transformed my house (I'll post pictures once the house is painted). I highly recommend this company.

This review is from my mother, Joan Adler, who doesn't have a Yelp account. I have been enjoying my Creative Patio Works moveable louvered patio cover for 10 years. The patio cover requires only an occasional spray with water and a lemon scrub cleaner to look like new. They were very prompt and professional in responding to a service request on the louver transformer. I would highly recommend Creative Patio Works for your patio cover project!

No show! I called to get an estimate. I Took the day off work and they didn't even show up or call to cancel or let me know they will me late or could not make it. Very unprofessional to say the least. I called over and over again and never got an answer in return or a return call. I'm very disappointed. Not to mention I took the day off of work to be here so they could give me an estimate. Don't waste your time. This is very inconsiderate company.

I wish I could give a better review. We set up an appointment with Estaphan, through Fernando, on a Monday. He was there on time, listened well to our plans, gave some good suggestions. He said that he would work up an estimate and that we would have it no later than the end of the week and that he would email me a picture of some concrete work he suggested that day.

No picture every arrived. No estimate ever arrived. I waited for 10 days after we met then called Fernando to ask about the estimate. I could tell that he had no idea who I was or anything about an estimate. I could hear him looking at paperwork on his desk finally he says "O yes, we are waiting for concrete and landscaping to sign off on the estimate".

It was easy to tell that it had been sitting on his desk and never looked at. He said " I will talk to them and have it to you by the end of the day, today". Now it has been almost 4 weeks since we met with Estaphan, no picture, no estimate, no yard. Now no business with them. If they can't even keep commitments when they are trying to impress you, why would I think that they could keep commitments on quality on time work. BIG THUMBS DOWN!

Creative patio just finished my patio cover today! Only took a few weeks once it was all said and done. Very professional crew. Patio cover was not a basic one either. I have a gable that had to fit the house and 2 louver sections, Extra lighting and electrical for the stereo and tv. Crew is very friendly. Best price for what I wanted also. I would highly recommend Creative Patio.

We have been looking for a contractor for awhile. We live an hour from sacramento, so it was pretty difficult for other contractors to accomodate us. We got 3 different estimates and Creative patio beat every competitor we've came across. BEST Pricing, BEST quality & of course BEST customer service! Alex knew exactly what we wanted with the exception of making small changes due to the convience of our patio size.

We had a 15x21 patio put in with ceiling fan and 4 LED halo ligt mounted with Dimmer, height of patio was about 11 feet high (i was skeptical about it being so high, but due to the placement of our windows it worked out perfectly). Everything was well planned out: payment arrangements, permit, installation date & inspection. Our patio came out better than expected! We got the best estimate ever, and added a few things we didn't even know we could get. We opted for a 10'x18' cover, with two fans and an electric outlet. We were able to choose our own fans and leave them in the boxes for the cover installers to put in. They got our permit for us and arranged for the inspection after the cover was installed.
