Mr. Moulding

My friend and I went in to look at doors and the mounding place was next door. We hadn't seen that much moulding ever. wonderful selection.

Kristin (the owner) went above and beyond to help me source this special type of baseboard and small detail piece with it. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff, I have been back several times, and they have better prices than Home Depot!

Very nice people own and operate this business. Huge selection of all types of moulding and very competitive prices. And the door side of the business is pretty cool also. Highly recommended!

Terrible communication and customer service. I found a piece of moulding for my woodworking project on their supplier's website, and called to inquire on price and availability. The man I spoke to quoted me a price for the piece and said he'd find out how much the shipping would be and call me back to arrange payment. The following week, having not heard back, I found I could order the piece online.

I did so, and received the piece within a few days mailed to my home. Over a week later, the man I spoke to at Mr Moulding called and told me the moulding had arrived and I could come in to pick it up. When I let him know that I ordered it online when I didn't hear back from him, he became very rude and told me the extra shipping charge was $45 and he "was under the impression" that I wanted him to go ahead and order it.

I asked why he didn't call me back with the shipping cost and to get payment like he'd stated initially, and he hung up on me in midsentence. I have no idea how this place is in business if this is how they treat customers.

Hands down the most helpful and professional supplier I have ever dealt with. If they do not have what I'm looking for in stock, then they'll order it for pick up the next day. In my world it doesn't get any better than that.

I have been remodeling my house for the past year and a half and I have made at least six trips to Mr. Moulding to pick out/order/pick up baseboards, crown molding, door trim, etc. I have no experience selecting or installing any type of wood trim and the guys at Mr. Moulding were patient and helpful to me.

As far as business goes, Mr. Moulding is the best category. They sell a quality product as a great price and they have a large selection of product to choose from. If you have any questions or if there is any problem, they take care of it right away. The true measure of a good company is not when things are going good, but rather of how they take care of you when things go bad.

Good price, good selection (most have been in stock) and nice people. Make sure to ask for price, it's sometimes different then listed on sample boards. The style I selected was less than half the price of Home Depot! These guys are the best! There must not be a wood molding in the world that they don't have or can't get.

I have been going to Mr. Moulding for years and since the Home Depot and Lowes have severely cut the amount of molding they keep in stock over the past few years, I go to Mr. Moulding more than ever. The people at Mr. Moulding are friendly and the service is great but the main reason I go there is the amazing amount of molding they have to choose from.
