Angel Saad and his wife are tremendous scammers. His company is fake as he uses other general contractors license. I hope he rots in hell since he stole our hard earned money and he never finished our house. The good reviews are from his attorney’s that he has a business relationship with.
he lies with the help of his wife and never pays sub contractors nor suppliers or supplies. do yourself a favor and do NOT associate yourself with any of his fake companies he’s a scammer. keep away from Angel Saad - be forewarned

Angel Saad is a true gentleman of the highest character and integrity. It's such a shame that good people in our community are do often attacked by those seeking to game the system and defraud others. Saad is a great, professional home builder.

We were hired by ANGEL SAAD OVER 2YRS AGO as a subcontractor to demolish a home and they never finished paying us. Don't believe your money will ever come. Idk how they have been in business for so long. Just like many other reviews that have said they are con artist. They gave us a run around every time a payment needed to be made. Super horrible people.

Run away from this company! Responding to my review clearly shows you knew you conned us out of final payments. And shows the lack of brain cells proving to everyone that you dont pay your contractors. Therefore giving actual property owners more of a headache to deal with. I love how over a year later they state we did "shoddy" work. How do you do shoddy work for a total demolition of a home?

Sir I hope you and your wife remember my wife and I. When we finished your project, closed your permits stating we wouldn't get any money until that permit was closed. And we didn't want to close it because we knew you wouldn't pay. We sat in your office for weeks waiting on checks to be paid while my wife was pregnant. Don't worry karma will come back.

Again read the reviews folks. The good ones are more than likely family members. We never made threats nor ever came at these old people disrespectful. Either way they shouldn't be doing business anymore. Don't worry your BBB plaque in the office isn't even valid considering I sent all my proof over to them and showed them what a horrible company you really are.

For starters, most of these reviews are fake. The ones that are real are most likely the ones with one star. We commissioned sadd to create a home for us in West miramar, not only did he not deliver, he also scammed us for well over $100,000. This is how he operates, he takes the money from one commission, to pay the people in another project. At the end of the day, one of the projects will not get completed.

As he pockets majority of the money. We had a class action lawsuit on their company in which he just filed for bankruptcy and opened a completely different one with a similar name. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THIS MAN. You have been warned. They are probably going to get some of their friends to write fake reviews over this one, heed this warning.

We hired this company to do work for us on an investment property. He took the money from us and never delivered on any of the work. We are currently in the process of litigation with him. Look at his reviews and believe them. He has taken $45000 for work he has not completed. He is a straight con man and hopefully he gets what he deserves. In addition, my mother is an older lady. It's a shame to take advantage of an old woman the way he did. You should be ashamed Mr. Saad and we'll get our money back.

This is the worse business in Town for construction and remodeling. Be very careful with them, Angel and Mary Saad are nothing but scammers. They will take your money and never deliver your dream house. The materials they promised are nothing but lies they only offer low Chinese market quality. Angel Saad is very disrespectful and a Con-artist he will request more and more money for fake permits.

I had one of his contractors requesting money from me since Angel never paid him for the job he did 6 months ago. Angel Saad has many court cases open from previous clients, he has opened and closed his company under multiple names. Please do not be fooled by this company read the many reviews that are negative, the positive ones are nothing but family members.
