Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value This company treats their employees very poorly, doesn't give employees enough respect, management is very disrespectful, very poor attitudes, disorganized, unfair. Would NOT recommend working with this company, they don't provide workers with a good environment to work/build themselves in.

Over the last ten years or so, UGL Services - Unicco Operations (dba Unicco) have subcontracted services to Kevin Uilkie and KM Facilities on a number of occasions at the Honeywell Engines site in Phoenix, Arizona. He and his team have always performed exemplary work, adjusting their schedules and manpower to accommodate minimal interruption to Honeywell shift personnel.

This letter is to recognize KM Facility Services for repairing our cooling tower that had reached its expected life span. The cooling tower was rusted and leaking to the point of destroying the roof membrane. The option to replace the cooling tower was a pricey fix however, there was no capital available.

Just a quick follow up note to let you know that we remain impressed with the Pancrete/V570 application that your company recently installed. Our Maintenance Techs were surprised that the application was virtually odorless but are more excited by the fact that it will extend the life of our air handler pans throughout the hospital.
