Jeff DuPont, the owner, is a third-generation painting contractor with over ten years of experience. He began painting with his grandfather at a young age. Jeff also successfully operated his father's business in Eugene, Oregon, for four years. In 2012, Jeff decided to pursue a new business venture in Seattle with his fiancé, Lindsey Mueller, and Sound Painting Solutions was born.Jeff and Lindsey had a vision of creating a quality and customer service driven painting company. We strive to execute this vision through every step of the customer process. We do this by providing prompt and attentive service, hiring only qualified, background-checked employees, using premium-quality paint products, and performing thorough preparation and application techniques.

We had a very good experience with Sound Painting. They were not the cheapest estimate, (other places we had concerns about, estimators that rescheduled a few times, or were late, slow to deliver estimate, etc) but Sound Painting arrived on time to every date, did what they said they would do, and finished on time. They fixed any issues noticed, even to tiny single dots of over spray, or even repainting one small area we had miscommunication on color on.
All the workers were kind, polite and professional. They really wanted everything to be perfect. The quality looks very good. No messes left, extra care was taken to make sure no paint landed on landscaping, concrete, or decking. Would recommend.

Sound Painting Solutions just finished extensive exterior painting on our home. I have hired many contractors over the years, both professionally and as a homeowner, and SPS is right up there with the best. Professional and efficient, easy to work with, attentive to our special concerns, including carpentry repairs we needed, including one in a difficult high location.
Our job included siding, trim, metal railings and repair of a few instances of damaged wood. Everything is done, and it all looks great. Would hire them again in a heartbeat if we ever need further work.

Everyone I encountered, from the estimator, to the scheduler, and absolutely EVERYONE on my crew was a pleasure to work with. Respectful of my time, consultative to explain my options, hands-on to ensure the results were matching my expectations, and courteous to my neighbors to ensure the trucks were out of the way and no trash was left out. Special shout out to "My Oscar" who consistently was the first man on the job and the last one to leave, always with a smile and with a work ethic that cannot be beat! I will absolutely use Sound Painting Solutions again.

Jeff and the entire team were extremely responsive and professional. They got us scheduled quickly, tolerated last minute changes, finished AHEAD OF SCHEDULE when we had an extremely tight window to complete the job. They also charged less than a competing bid from another highly rated company that had a longer wait to get the job completed. Victor and his crew were awesome.
On our final walk through, he noticed a section of the stairwell that had been missed that I didn't even catch and offered to complete it that afternoon. Very happy with the work they did and with the professionalism everyone demonstrated. Would absolutely recommend.

Would highly recommend! We have had lots of experience with remodels, renovations, painting, etc. and these guys were amazing! Jeff, the owner, come by for the estimate and was really nice, knowledgeable, and fair. The painting crew was awesome. Led by Kevin, the quality of work was top notch and they were really great all around - polite, careful, cool, funny, etc. They are not the least expensive, but it was well worth what we paid. Even the neighbors commented on how detail-oriented they were. Thanks to all!

I've dealt with many painters in my life and I have never been happier with a project. Both Connor #1 (Estimator) and Connor #2 and Wyatt were professional and extremely helpful. They communicated with me about any concerns and/or questions and were very helpful with solutions. They work efficiently getting the job done a little sooner than expected. I am most impressed with the high quality job Sound Painting Solutions did on my house. My project was smallish but detailed - with many windows and celling beams to cut in around. All their staff are excellent effective communicators, professional and caring. They really wanted to know if I was dissatisfied in any way. I did have them come back to do a very minor touchup that bothered my perfectionist mind. They were on time too! What a treat to work with a company that ticks all my boxes! I recently hired Sound Painting Solutions to repaint my one bedroom condo. They did the ceiling, trim, and both the bedroom and living area/kitchen. Kevin and crew did a fantastic job! They showed up on time and got to work quickly. In a day and a half I had a freshly painted condo and everything looked great! They were on time, did exceptional prep work, including additional work sanding our ceiling due to an unfinished job by another firm. When I had a concern of the work area not being cleaned up properly after I had my outdoor area professionally cleaned, they had someone come back to clean up the area. Young business owner but with a long family history in the painting business. This business does not cut corners and it is obvious that customer satisfaction is a top priority. You might find a lower quote elsewhere but I would wager they're using cheaper materials and are less engaged. And you know the saying, you get what you pay for. Highly recommend Sound Painting Solutions.
