Very courteous and able service! I was thrilled when they could re-animate a long-dead key fob for my car. They quickly turned out a couple sets of extra house keys, too. Parking is limited, and backing out on to busy Inwood is an exercise in patience.

I've used Bee's key for over a decade. The customer service and product has dropped exponentially since then. In the future I'll definitely be using another company. Seems like they have become too busy to deliver the customer service and response that was previously standard.

They are the worst locksmith company I have ever seen. Extremely high prices and they are very shady. I would think a thousand times before calling these idiots. Tex was the worst handy woman/person I have ever dealt with. She's has no Idea what she's doing. I asked them to change my lock for my business due to an unfortunate problem with an ex-employee. The employee cam back and stole everything he could get hands on. She just changed the cover and kept the new cylinders to herself.
