I really appreciate that Phil took the time to stop by to check out a leak I was worried about, even though it did not result in any jobs for him to do. And while he was here he gave me great advice about a new water heater and gave me the name of someone else I could call to help with another problem in my house. I called and had him replace my water heater. His quote was about 2/3 the price of another company I called, and he was in and out very quickly. The whole process was very smooth and I would recommend giving him a call before you get quotes from other local companies.
