Poor customer service! More than a week later after my initial call and No follow up call!?

Dave did an amazing job on our 80's house weaving in the existing kitchen floor and laid the same floor in the dining room! Found the exact white oak, sanded it all down, put in flush vents and sealed it with a natural stain. it is absolutely stunning! When we bought this place the wood floors were pretty but pretty tired. Now they are our favorite part of the house! Amazing work and we are looking forward to having our stairs done by Dave.

Very talented and meticulous hardwood installer. He can do a curved transition piece going from different rooms and it really sets everything off.

Dave took on the challenge to refinish a 70 year old red oak floor with significant black pet staining. I was amazed at his ability to draw on his years of experience to successfully restore what i thought was a lost cause to this premium floor's former beauty.

If I could give Dave more than 5 stars I would! Dave refinished & installed all the wood floors in our house AND added a beautiful inlaid entryway. We recently asked him to build a wide curved step into the sunroom which is also turned out better than I had imagined. He is a true craftsman.

Dave did an exceptional job putting the new hardwood floors in our kitchen, entry hall, and hallway. The craftsmanship, installation, and finish; everything was well done. We are especially pleased with the curved inlay he did for the transition from the entryway to the living room carpet, everyone that sees it comments on the transformation it adds to our home.

I highly recommend Family Hardwood Floors. Dave refinished the wood floors in our dining, office and entry. The floors were pre-finished when installed and did not wear well. After he completed the refinshing they looked fantastic!

We were casting about to have someone refinish the hardwood floors in our foyer and kitchen areas. A couple of contractors turned us down because the job was too small and a couple of others wanted an outrageous price. We accepted Dave Sinks' bid of $1000 to do just under 300 sq feet and it is so much more than we expected. We were looking to get the old finish sanded off and a quick new finish applied. Dave repaired several places in the flooring by pulling up wood and replacing it with new and then sanded it all down using several grits until it was perfectly flat and smooth and then applied two coats of finish, sanded that and applied the final coat.

My floors are gorgeous and we couldn't be happier. I am so glad I didn't accept the handy man's bid to do it for $600 and apply a urethane finish. Dave is an artist with hardwood. If you have a new floor or an old one or just want to jazz up an area, this is your guy.
