Pipe Masters

We live in an older home and rust & buildup in our main line was becoming an issue. Pipe Masters hydro jet washed our line in a few hours and so far our flow issues have disappeared. The experience with Pipe Masters was great from initial contact online, via phone to set up the appointment, through the actual site visit with Pukana our tech. Professional, knowledgeable and thorough.

As soon as we found water leak in our house, I contacted Jason at Pipe Masters Jason responded to me immediately, I sent him pictures and video of the situation and he made an arrangements for someone to come out to investigated and detected where the leak was coming from. Thanks to the hard work, they repaired the leak within that day! Ryan the tech was also very friendly and respectful.

PM is a legit, responsible and professional company who really goes the extra step to make sure they understand your problem and will provide you the best solution along with including other options to consider without any pressure tactics to scare you into doing something not needed. Their price may be higher but when you think about it, the breakdown of their costs is all straight up business cost. 2nd time using them and they haven't disappointed us. I'd pay the little extra to have the peace of mind that the job will be done right by qualified technicians and a company who will stand by their work.

Had a major backup issue and upon inspection found that the main line out from the house had holes and was disintegrating. The guys informed me of my options and were very knowledgeable about the process of installing a new pipe using a hydraulic ram. Gave me a straightforward estimate and honored the contract. The crew was prompt and worked past the 8 hours every day.

Pipe Masters are a very prime example of an excellent business. Very professional and responsive from start to finish. I called them as soon as we had a little emergency at one of our properties, and their customer service handled it with urgency and reassurance. They even send out notifications for technicians arriving on site and arrive well within the estimated time frame.

I got to observe the technicians complete the work, and they were very focused and direct with their service. Our water main sprung a leak and we had a difficult time finding a plumber that would work on it because it was plastic and not copper. Pipe Masters immediately responded and offered to send someone out within 2 hours. They were always on time to their appointments, and were friendly and professional. The technicians even temporarily patched out line while they waited to receive the necessary parts to permanently fix it. I'm so thankful that we found this company and that they were able to help us in this difficult situation.

With no hesitation, I would strongly recommend Pipe Masters! They were on time, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I especially loved their pre-visit communication (sending personnel profile, rating, and background) in addition to GPS tracking status. They provided transactional transparency - fully disclosing the cost of the work to be performed and additional costs for additional work if necessary. Finally, their customer service was epic. Pre and Post work follow-up made me feel valued, respected, and truly cared for. They made this experience feel like a family member was helping me.

Cast iron sewer line was deteriorated on our 50-year old slab-on-grade house. Line kept on clogging every few months. After scoping the line with a camera, found that some of the connecting joints deteriorated so badly that the clamps connecting the joints collapse into the pipe. Pipe Masters developed a couple of repair options and the one we selected was a combination of: (1) using a fiberglass epoxy sleeve in the main line for about 25'; (2) epoxy coating the 2-1/2" branch lines (bathrooms); and (3) installing a new 4" ABS pipe on the outside of the house.

Since the mainline traversed through the middle of the house, a pit had to be dug in the slab in one room to uncover the collapsed area, and a trench had to be dug to the outside wall for the new ABS line connection. After uncovering a section of the pipe, found that the bottom of the mainline was deteriorated so badly that the bottom of the pipe actually rotted out completely.

Work took approximately 7-days, and we were totally satisfied with the work performed by Pipe Masters. Great communications regarding when workers would be on site, and workers were diligent and very professional.

I have seen their trucks all over town, (hard to miss their cool trucks). It seems like they are very busy however they are never too busy to answer the phone or return the call within the half hour and that in and of itself is unbelievable. We have a 21 unit office building and Pipe Masters have done lots of work for us without a single complaint from anyone.
