I reached out to Green Planet Pest Control over yelp for help with our rodent/fly problem. Within a few hours, I heard back from Todd. We spoke over the phone and he provided me with helpful, actionable, and free advice about our problem. He suggested other companies that might help address our issue and provided contact information for city inspectors as well. My experience was like many who have already written on yelp; he was prompt and helpful. Thank you, Todd!

We have an early-season wasp problem, and I sent a message to Green Planet via their email. They called within 20 minutes, gave me great (free) honest advice about our issue. Couldn't ask for a better pest company! Highly knowledgeable, responsive, and take the time to explain what they are doing and why. I had a mouse problem over the summer and they not only resolved it, but have come back numerous times to check on everything. The contract was affordable and has given me peace of mind in my home.

The team was very courteous and professional throughout, including working with family members who spoke English as a second language to ease their concerns. We followed recommendations precisely and pest issue was eliminated for good after a single treatment, as promised. Pricing was fair and upfront and they went through great lengths to be helpful - for example, they gave us some tips and explanations that made it clear we could avoid the higher cost of treating multiple rooms. They were great help in getting rid of rats. The only thing I didn't like was hearing how huge it was and asking me if I wanted to see it when he came to remove. YUCK! I would recommend in a second and pray I don't have to use again. Two years ago. Rats are inevitably outside but so far so good not in the house.

I got a great call back from their business manager Todd who provided me with some great info about preventing Bee's Wasps, etc, he was soo nice and I have never gotten a call back from a company who would share info to prevent insects from coming near or around my home. Based on this customer service experience a lone, I highly recommend them and I will call them if I do have any issues in the future.

I like Todd and his crew of exterminators. Todd is polite, approachable and responds quickly to texts. His texts provide helpful insight and pretty prompt scheduling for follow-ups (usually within a day or two). The only time there was a scheduling delay was for my initial visit. I seem to recall that he was booked out 1-2 weeks. I pay a little over $500 for a year of extermination and prevention services.

He explained that he will service my home for any sort of pest including mice, rats and carpenter ants. They sprayed for carpenter ants around my home, put mouse traps around the basement and attic, and sealed up holes in the kitchen. Todd was also helpful in identifying the presence of bats so I wasn't TOO alarmed when I saw one flying around one evening.

He recommended that I call Critter Control for that issue. I *love* that the hole sealants are discrete compared to other exterminators. My previous experience with exterminators was an excessive use of hideous foam in highly visible parts of my home. Green Planet Pest Control thoughtfully considers the visibility of the area before choosing the right sealant. They've used tape, wire mesh, steel wool, and a particular kind of foam that tastes bad to mice.

I have to look hard, crawl under the porch or pull out the oven to see the sealants. It's SOOOO nice to not see the sealants and be reminded of mice. I guess my only concern is that the last Green Planet Pest Control guy who came to my home lamented that they don't like coming out so frequently (e.g. any time I find a mouse dropping) because it's an indication that they haven't solved the problem. I get where he's coming from, but that's why I paid for a year of services.

I appreciate Todd, we thought we had a roach issue, but it turns out it is wharf borers. My tenant told me the technician told them that he cannot do anything and just left some baits. Todd was very honest that his company does that handle it, the initial charge to go over and take care of the roaches were not applied. Although Todd was not able to solve the problem, it's nice to know that there's a company that tries their best and still has the integrity to be honest about their work. Thank you!

Todd was very responsive to my calls and got back to me within the hour. He was very knowledgeable regarding termites and carpenter ants and answered my questions prior to contracting. He gave me a simple test to help pinpoint the infestation and upon agreeing to have the house treated had a technician out same day. Kid and pet friendly products too! A++, I highly recommend them.

After finding termites while gardening, I contacted Green Planet via Yelp messenger. Todd responded very quickly was able to set up a free inspection for the following day. Colin came out and helped us to fully understand (and more importantly not freak out about) the situation. He was honest with us about the best course of action, when it would've been so easy to sell us something that we didn't actually need, and I truly appreciate that. I would 100% recommend this company for any pest control advice and will definitely be working with them again in the future, if we have any additional pest issues.

I ended up not needing the service because my landlord took care of the issue. But Green Planet Pest Control gave me a quick response (called me right away!) and told me the processes I needed to take. I will choose Green Planet when I need in the future.

I called this company to take care of my carpenter ant situation. Chris the technician that was sent out was very professional and informative on explaining the process. He addressed my biggest my concern which was the safety about the exposure of the product around my pets and children. He explained that insecticide is used however it is applied directly into cracks and crevices outside of reach.

He also explained how patience is required for any green pest control technique. I will trust the process and had a very pleasant experience. Thank you Green Planet and Chris.

These guys are great! they solved my carpenter ant issue on my previous property. Now new home same issue, I love the green approach with zero exposure to their chemicals. They came and gave us a fair quote for free. They were honest and let us know we don't need their services. I will call them back when we do! Excellent customer service!

I called around a few places to get a termite inspection, and found Todd to be the easiest to talk to and most straightforward. He was extremely helpful even just over the phone, and this was the only company I spoke to (of about a half dozen) who talked me through the process and gave me a ballpark estimate over the phone. It turned out that we didn't have termites, so I can't vouch for the actual extermination -- but if/when we need pest control in the future, this will definitely be the first place I call.

Although it turns out we weren't able to work with this company due to needing ladder work, the owner was very friendly and took the time over the phone to explain a solution and help us fix the problem ourselves. We really appreciate the time spent and will definitely hire them for future pest control needs.

I have used them for several years. I get an annual contract so I can call them anytime. They have dealt with a big bee hive, ants and mice on my city properties. They usually don't have to come back! Very responsive! They accomodate all of my tenants and their schedules!

One positive I can say during this quarantine is I am not spending it with giant black ants that invaded my house last year. I called green planet and Chris (?) came by the same day. I was worried calling an exterminator because of my kids but he explained that he could get rid of the ants without spraying anything inside. Whatever he did that day made the ants disappear. After that he came back about a month later when the weather warmed up and treated the outside and we have not seen an ant since! Thank You!

I had a wonderful experience with Green Planet Pest Control. Todd returned my call promptly and arrived precisely at the start of the 2 hour window he had given me. He did an honest inspection, gave me a thorough explanation for the work that needed to be done, and then explained that our issues were better resolved by a contractor. While I would only wish pest problems on my worst enemies, if you are having them in the Boston area, do not hesitate to call Green Planet! Both Todd and Collin were both friendly, understanding, and non-judgmental. They both took the time to explain how to rectify the situation.

I used green planet a few years back and was just recommending it to a friend when i decided to finally write a review. They were great! honest and helpful. our building was a disaster, I finally convinced our landlord to hire these people because we had mice everywhere. We were on the third floor and they recommended doing a walkthrough of all units below us which I helped coordinate.

The culprits were the other tenants who were living a mouse friendly lifestyle. They did a lot of work and the problem was resolved for the rest of my time at that apartment cool people who get rid of pests

I called last week about a possible squirrel in my house. Todd called me back immediately, and when I called again the following week, he again responded immediately. We set up an appointment for the next day, for a 2-hour window. He showed up right on the dot at the beginning of the window and was very friendly. He luckily didn't find anything in his very thorough search.

I appreciated that he looked around, even though he told me they don't really do animals (I think he might have said rodents or vermin - don't remember his exact words). I will definitely be using them in I have a pest problem in the future (I hope not, though!)

I have been meaning to write this review for some time. We have a 3 family apt building and had many issues with mice, bedbugs and cockroaches (all at the same time!). We called Green Planet and they came by to treat all 3. they have the longest warranty for mice and cockroaches than any other of the companies i contacted.

These guys are great. We had road construction in our neighborhood in West Roxbury and shortly after had a RAT infestation. We tried handling it on our own and caught 4 inside our home and thought the problem was solved but realized that there were more.

I have been a Green Planet Customer since 2011, and I would highly recommend them. I first contacted them because I had squirrels living in my attic (really) at my house in Framingham, and since then have hired them year after to help with ants and mice.
