We had a great experience with Element. The installers were super friendly and FAST! We have two dogs so needed the fences put in ASAP. Fair pricing and good customer service.

These guys are great! I was passing thru and needed front brakes. They made time in their busy schedule to work me in and got me back on the road.

Great work! Brady went out of his way to get our project done, even in this extremely busy time. The crew was very efficient, quick, and came to the house early and finished early. I cannot say enough good things about Element Fencing. Most important: the fence they put up in our front yard is absolutely immaculate. I've never seen a team put so much thought and care into the work they do. They communicated fabulously throughout the project, worked efficiently and were done exactly on time. The fence has transformed our front yard from a place we rarely spent time in (we live on a relatively busy road) to a neighborhood gathering area now that the fence is in and the kids (and chickens) are safe to run and play. We had our fence installed by Element back in 2018 and our expectations were exceeded, to say the least. A section of our fence was damaged after a storm recently and they were out here to fix it by the end of the week. Very responsive and great customer service. Element Fencing did a great job replacing an old fence for me. I had originally requested some more unusual materials for the fence design I had in mind, but when those were unavailable Brady (the owner) worked with me to find something else to substitute. Gavin and the rest of the crew that worked on the build did an awesome job on the fence and really took their time to make sure it was done right. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Element to anyone that wants a quality fence!

Made a call in May to have a fence built for my mom. On May 25, 2020 they sent me an estimate. Signed and sent back estimate on May 28, 2020. Emailed several times to find out when they could put it up. I asked if they could give a couple days notice so we could take down the existing fence. They showed up with no warning around July 17, 2020 proceeded to start taking the fence down.

They tell my mom they only have wide pickets and if she wanted something else she would have to wait until the end of the year for a fence. It is to bad that nothing on this project went right. Here are a couple pictures of what they left us with.

Unfortunately I am not super impressed with this company. They put the fence in the wrong place and used wood posts even though we paid for metal. They did come back and move it to the correct place on our property line and replaced a portion of the wood posts with metal, but didnt replace all of the posts with metal even though we paid for all metal posts. Having to wait to get our yard refenced was very inconvenient because we (along with two of our neighbors) had to then wait to have the sod installed.

They also used interior nails so now we have those really bad black drips coming from all of our screws on the fence. The nails used definitely weren't galvanized, otherwise this wouldn't have been happening. The people I spoke to at the company were nice, however the entire issue wasn't resolved. I think they may usually do a good job and this was just a fluke, so I am giving them 3 stars, but would still probably go with another company next time.

I will admit that I am a little late to post this review, but I recently had a company come out give me a quote to fix the drips and they brought it to my attention that this was due to using the wrong nails, so this plus the previous issues has lead to this review. :(

I called several different places for a quote for a fence and found Element fencinging quote fast and fair. I chose them because of the friendly service and the attention to detail of what I wanted in my fence. Before the fence was installed I made several changes and Ashley was courteous and quick in updating my quote. And as my fence was being installed Wade and Gavin, Tristan were answering an questions I had, they were efficient and made sure I was happy before they left. I would give Element fencing a 10 star recommendation if I could to family and friends call and get a quote.

We had a wonderful experience with element fencing. It was a hassle free, one stop shop for our fence. They gave us an estimate and were very economical. Their work was neat and of high quality. I spent a long time deciding which fencing company to go with since it's such a big expense and I obviously wanted it to look good. After much research and asking around, I decided on Element Fencing. They came highly recommended from friends, had wonderful reviews, and their pricing was fair and comparable to other companies we got quotes from. But the thing that finally sold me was their friendliness, great communication and fast response time.

We were not disappointed with our choice. The fence is beautiful, better than we could have hoped. And they did a great job not disturb our flower beds and sprinkler system during installation. The crew was fast, professional and pleasant. Always keeping us informed about the process and checking in with us to answer any questions. We've gotten so many compliments from friends and neighbors since the fence went up! I would highly recommend them and will be calling them again for any of my fencing needs!

Professional and fixed our gate in a timely manner. We were very happy on the completed project. He was able to use most of the old wood and just needed to replace a couple boards. He also adjusted our other gate on the other side of the garage and made sure it was not sagging. I recommend.

After much research and multiple bids from different companies we ultimately chose Element Fencing for our project and we are so happy we did. We were looking for a company that could do the fence and a customized gate and trellis with designs from sample pictures and ideas. Out of all the companies we researched they seemed the most comfortable, capable and excited to execute our design.

Plus that, their bid was as competitive of all the other companies we spoke to. Brady and his team were great to work with and were committed to making sure we were happy with the final product. The crew was on time, efficient, tidy, professional and maintained good communication throughout the process. We ran into a few issues along the way but nothing they weren't willing to make right and went above and beyond to do it. Parts of our design were intricate, but Rico took on the challenge and gave us exactly what we wanted. Overall, the fence, gate and trellis look amazing and are exactly what we had in mind. We will definitely use Element Fencing again and certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a great fence.

Amazing service. Quick response to my initial inquiry. They scheduled an appt for estimate within a couple of days and even worked with the neighbors to obtain payment. Work was started ahead of scheduled and completed in 2 days. Pricing was better than the "more popular " companies in the area and service was by far the best Ive had in a while. Thanks so much!

Patiently answered my questions and offered thoughtful advice on the project. I am happy with the price and with the finished product. All the staff I dealt with were professional and courteous. They did a nice job of cleanup after the demo of the old fence. I would happily hire this company again.

It took us years to get around to getting a new fence. So we did a lot of research and when it came time to actually do it, we contacted five different companies in the Boise area. Here is why we chose element: 1) easiest company to communicate with. Brady, the owner texted me himself. 2) they could get the job done within a week! EVERY other company was 4-6 weeks out. 3) price was on point I could not be happier with our new fence!

They removed our old fence and installed a six foot vinyl fence in two days. The crew was professional and punctual. The two days they were here, they showed up at exactly 9am. I changed my mind on a few things while they were here and they were very accommodating. I am so happy we chose element and will be recommending them to everyone I know!

Love Element Fencing! They communicate a bunch and came even when the weather wasn't the best. I would have given them 5 stars, but it was a smidge pricey. Still, it's worth it.

I am from out of state and requested Brady to install two new fences and gates on my rental property. The weather delayed the work, but it was finally completed recently. After seeing it, I must saw, he did a wonderful job! He used upgraded materials, as he said he would. The wood panels were thicker than the wood usually used and posts were solid and of a good quality. Screws secured the wood, not nails.

The gates were reinforced with metal. Infact, a contractor that I had give a bid on the yard remarked at what a great job he did and took down his name. I would recommend Brady to anyone looking for a quality fence, and no I am not paid to say this nor a friend of his.

I can't rate these folks high enough! They were quick with responding to my initial inquiry; they answered my (many) questions with details and patience; they cleaned up spotlessly; and they worked efficiently, independently, on time, and exactly as promised.

These guys are alright. We hired them last year to build a fence and we plan to use them again this year for another home. They did a good job designing & building and were pleasant to have around. The gate looks particularly good. We get a lot of compliments from people passing by.
