If I could give zero stars I would. Spoke with management to arrange time to perform roof repairs. I organized my schedule to be home for this purpose, only for the day to arrive and the company no call no show. I was told they didn't have a ladder, and finally at the end of the day I was told they couldn't do my repairs. Such a waste of time, when all they had to do was shoot it straight from the beginning.

Left a message for management, and never received a call back. This is so unprofessional it's pathetic. Customers never forget how they were treated by a company. I'll never contact this company again, and warn all potential customers to consider how dishonest they have the potential to be when it comes to job completion, pricing, etc.

We have used Fleur de Lis for new installation in 2008 and installation after hurricane Ida. The original roof held up in 3 cat 1 storms with no problems. Ida was cat 3 at my house and it held up enough to not have one leak. They install using high quality material and professional staff. So glad we stayed with Fleur de Lis roofing. We contacted the owner of Fleur de Lis Roofing to let him know, that the attic fan they replaced when they installed our roof on 8/2020, had stopped working. He told us he would have to contact the fan company to see if there was a warranty and he would get back with us. After he didn't call us back, we reached out to him again to find out the status of the attic fan warranty.

He was extremely unprofessional.saying we owed him money and he would not fix anything until we paid him for 4 bundles of roofing materials he left at our house. After being falsely accused of keeping leftover roofing materials, as my husband was explaining that he must have us confused with someone else because nothing was left behind when the job was finished, the owner then hung up the phone on my husband.

Mind you.that is not the case as we paid in full. The total paid to Fleur de Lis Roofing was $9465.00 for this roofing job and instead of them standing behind their work, they accuse us of stealing instead of remedying the problem. I have never felt compelled to write a review until this horrible experience. I will not recommend Fleur de Lis Roofing.

I was totally satisfied with the quality of work, professionalism and expertise of the owner. The workers put everything back in its place when they finished and cleaned up all debris. I had a tree puncture my roof in the recent Hurricane. William was extremely helpful in guiding me through the insurance claim process and made all necessary repairs to my roof. A few years back I called William because I had a roof leak. It was only a nail that needed to be driven back in. Because it wasn't anything major he didn't charge anything. Recently I needed a flat roof repaired and he did it quickly and for a fair price. He also changed out the seals around my vent stacks to prevent any roof leaks. If you need roofing done William comes highly recommended.

Very happy with my beautiful new roof! William was super easy to do business with, no phone tag, HE answers his business phone. Contacted him on Tuesday and my new roof was put on that Friday! He and his crew were respectful and caring of my property and that of my neighbors. The price was right, too. Best of three quotes that we received! I highly recommend Fleur De Lis roofing. William was the best. I had extenuating circumstances due to having solar panels that needed to be removed before the roof could be installed and a bad rain forecast on the horizon. Fleur De Lis was super flexible with my timing and communicated directly with my solar panel company, taking the burden off me. William also took responsibility for communicating with my neighbors directly about the aspects of the job that might affect them. The whole crew was quick, clean, and professional.

The hardest thing about investing in your home is finding the right companies to do the work for you. I met Fleur De Lis Roofing's owner (Billy) through a client of mine and I'm so glad I did! When I needed a roofer, he was the first one I called! I trusted in everything he told me when he came out. You could sense the sincerity. I priced my house roofing project and was told it would be one day and a competitive price by Fleur de Lis. Mr. Wright discussed at length the color of the tile and the durability of 130 mph with my wife who choses colors in our relationship. We had an exemplary professional experience, his men were punctual, hard working, and pleasant to talk to.

They finished in one day, his crew had 10 workers and there were no endless breaks at all. We love our new roof which complements our recent paint job and we have a veritable brand new house. I recommend them without reservation

Entire crew from Fleur de Lis were professional and courteous. On day of the job, they arrived early at 6:30 and started work promptly at 7 am. By the end of the day, entire roof had been finished. They even changed some roof wood that needed replacing, which wasn't expected. The next day was a little clean up for about an hour. Best thing, several compliments from neighbors on new roof. Mr wright was a big help with insurance adjusters and entire claim process. Would recommend Fleur de lis to all.

Unfortunately for me, I needed half of my roof replaced, but William made it so easy. Cannot get any better experience that what we received from William Wright and Fleur de Lis Roofing. We needed roofing repairs quickly to address insurance concerns. William was very prompt with coming out to assess our needs, honest about what repairs were needed and quickly made us feel like he was not trying to simply "sell" us services. His estimate and final price was very fair and we know we made the right decision with going with Fleur de Lis.

Excellence not once but twice! As a former customer of Fleur De Lis Roofing, New Orleans, I was very pleased with the job done on my roof. In September of this year when my mother's roof developed a leak, her neighbor who is a commercial contractor patched the leak. He told her that in his opinion it needed a full replacement. I called William, again!
