Called several times to receive an estimate and at first I thought there was a lack of responsiveness but not the case. Due to COVID 19 that has changed the work environment, changes in staffing caused a delay. A representative called me to apologize for the delay and explained STS Electric's cost for the type of work I was seeking an estimate for.

STS Electric was fantastic to work with. We have a old house so we know we needed some electrical work done. And Sam came over and gave us a two phase project to make our house safe and up to date- we did the first phase and it turned out great - they gave us a new box, pipe & meter. We are close to starting the second phase and are excited to work with Sam and his team again!

I needed a new dryer outlet installed. I called on a Wednesday morning and the electricians were at my house by 2pm the same day! I really appreciate the same day service and the communication not only from the office but also the manager. The quoted price was very reasonable and for the quick work I was happy to pay. The electricians cleaned up after themselves and did an amazing job! I will be using this company for future needs.

I called for a EV car charging station installation quote and scheduled an estimate the same day. STS was prompt, gave us an accurate estimate (very competitive one) and we decided to hire them for this job. I had an electrical emergency and called STS to come out and give me an estimate based on their review of the situation. They didn't show up at the appointed time and when I called they were very apologetic and promised to come out the following week which they did. They ended up having to rewire much of my place and they did a great job, even plastering since they had to cut holes in the walls to access wires and conduit. Sam and his crew were professional and got the job done well. I would recommend them to others.

Last September their was a wild storm and lightning struck right near the window in the living and scared the crap out of myself and my dog might I just add, I can't even begin to explain how loud this bang was. My entire house lost power so we assumed it was a phone pole but the day after our power never got restored so I checked in on my neighbors and they all confirmed they had power.
I called STS Electricians in that my buddy down the road who I checked in with referred them. I got an immediate response and apparently I wasn't the only one having issues, 3 houses on our block got struck by lighting, crazy storm! They sent a friendly man that managed to get everything up and running within a few hours and was kind enough to check on our appliances, we actually had a major power surge that not only wiped our electric out but destroyed some of the wiring in our walls, all the electronics on the wall unit in the living room, and even our 55 inch 4k TV. :( :( :( The electrician supported with everything and even explained that our insurance would support with our issue, a friendly young man the helped us big time. I'm very appreciative of all the effort and information. Thanks again! :) :) :) :)

We had almost the exact same experience as another reviewer --- we unscrewed an outlet panel, which created a big spark and shorted out the power in a few rooms on a Saturday night. We were freaking out, and called Sts Electric's after hours hotline. Our call was routed to Mike, who was extremely helpful. He walked us through the solution, which turned out to be very simple, and worked like a charm. We will use Sts Electric for all of our electrical needs in the future!

I did something really stupid. I pushed my outlet panel back into the wall, creating a huge spark. The whole place stunk like smoke, and I thought my condo was going up in flames. It was a Saturday and I was freaking out. Turns out it wasn't so severe, and I was fine to flip the breaker and power back the two rooms that had gone black. I only found this out, though, because my call routed directly to one of STS's supervisors, and he answeredl, quite candidly telling me, "give me a few minutes right here on the phone, and I'll save you a couple hundred bucks." Six minutes later, I restored power back to both rooms, and I was thanking him profusely. I'm unspeakably grateful for the supervisor's honesty, and his willingness to just walk me through the solution, rather than charging me for an off-hour weekend visit. God forbid I ever have a REAL electric emergency, but if I do, STS's caring and decency has earned my business. I'll be calling them first.

I needed an electrician quickly because I was leaving town in two days. STS was recommended highly on Yelp and offered 24/7 service. Not only was STS very responsive in calling me back and assigning me to an electrician, but this was all done after 6pm. MIKE from STS was assigned to me and he was awesome. He knew what the problem was almost instantly and got my power up and running. Thanks Mike! I'll be specifically asking for you if I run into any problems again!

I am still in awe with how professional, honest and amazing STS was! I called them yesterday afternoon around 5pm letting them know a few bedrooms of our condo had lost power (same circuit) and wanted to see if we could schedule an appointment for Friday or Saturday. He (Mike) then immediately got in touch with me over the phone, walked me through each step - I am horrible with this stuff - and was super patient while I unplugged things, etc. and got our problem fixed all over the phone.
When we asked what we owed them, they said it was nothing and that they saved us a lot of money by not having to have someone actually come out there - but just to keep them in mind if we ever have any issues (which we will, knowing our condo builder but I digress.) in the future - CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT? I still can't - but at least I have an electrician now!
