Supply chain issues have made this door delivery very long, Installation crews did a great job. Fist set of door panels arrived damaged and caused new panels to be ordered. Replacements arrived with a different set of issues. Inside vinyl appears to have been stored outside and has permanent stains and top panel was incorrectly ordered as it does not have the mounting plate for an electric door operator. My one issue centers around one subject, "communication" which there is a lack of

Service was Awful! They came out for the estimate in a timely manner but for the actual installation return appointment was a nightmare! I called eight times total checking on the return appointment and was told I felt off the list ( 3xs This happened) my garage door was never replaced. After having it replaced by another company ( waited an entire month with back/forth) they called and promised they would come.

After pulling into the garage, one of the coils popped and trapped my vehicle inside the garage. I called immediately and it was very close to the closing time. The lady was so nice and got me an emergency repair. Both coils replaced quickly. I highly recommend this company. Polite and Professional!

I could not be more pleased with the professionalism and service of this company. From my initial phone call, every question was professionally handled. Southeastern Overhead Door came out two days sooner than one of their nearby competitors and fixed my garage door for much less than I expected. Props to Dominic for his quick and good work. My garage door is not only fixed, it is quieter than ever. I would definitely recommend them for your garage door needs.

Southeastern Overhead Doors replaced a broken garage door spring for me that had broken in half. They were prompt and knowledgeable. The door had a slight level issue once it had settled in, but Southeastern Overhead Door scheduled and corrected the issue right away. Their garage door technician, Julio, went above and beyond with the whole repair. I strongly recommend Southeastern Overhead Doors if you need a garage repair. I plan on using them if I get my garage doors replaced in the future.
