Quality Electrical Contractors did an outstanding job when they came to our house! The technician was not only knowledgeable, he was also very friendly and respectful! He also took the time to explain exactly what he did to us in a way we could understand! He did his job very efficiently and we are very happy with the results! QEC did work for us during a renovation of our house, and was very responsive and went above and beyond for us when we had issues with our panel that was installed by a previous contractor. He called the manufacturer regarding warranties for parts that he didn't install and even bought a new panel to take parts out of it and put into our house to make sure it worked.
We would not have been able to figure out our ongoing issue without Shane coming out to our house on a Sunday afternoon to review with his technicians. Our issue ended up being a potential fire hazard and Shane treated it as if it were his house and his family living in it. I will use him again and recommend them for other work.

QEC is our "go-to" company for all our electrical needs. They did a beautiful job with the initial install in our new home eighteen months ago, as the preferred company for our builder. Most recently, they managed to fit us in their very busy schedule to install ceiling fans in two bedrooms, ensuring comfort for our guests this holiday weekend. The technician was knowledgeable, skilled, efficient and friendly. And the cost was less than we expected. A perfect job!

Quality Electrical is wonderful. Daniel came and gave us the cost to have the 2 services that we needed done. He was not pushy at all. We chose to have just the one service performed at this time and wait until after the holidays to have the second one completed as it would be much easier to perform once the Christmas tree was out of the way. Daniel was super nice, very informative and very clean. We will definitely use this company again and refer them to our friends and neighbors.

Daniel was on time for the appointment and completed the job quickly and efficiently. He is very knowledgeable and very friendly, even offering to help me do some minor stuff. His recommendations are solid and his estimate of job cost and time are precise and dependable. I have had to deal with several electricians in the past and Quality Electrical is by far the best.

Loved working with this company and the professional electricians they sent out. I am a real estate agent, and would highly recommend them for jobs that come up during the purchase or sales of a home, but also we used them most recently on a full remodel of a 1950's home, and they did a fantastic job! My husband has worked with them for years on new construction as well, and in all areas we are very pleased.

Quality Electrical Contractors were exceptional to deal with during the build process of our home. Additionally, we had them do some additional work about 18 months after we moved in. My experience with Quality Electrical Contractors was phenomenal. I had a older ceiling light fixture in my daughters bedroom causing the lights to flicker on and off. In addition, the brown ceramic fixture box was damaged from someone using the wrong hardware previously. I did not want any fire issues so I called QEC. The company had a technician respond within the hour. Justin, (service technician) arrived and introduced himself.
When I invited him in the house he paused and put on shoe protectors to protect my flooring. I showed him the issue and he went to work immediately. He had the necessary supplies on the truck to for the job. Justin was also very diligent in cleaning up any mess. The light installation was completed in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. I would recommend Quality Electrical Contractors to my friends, family, and anyone needing electrical work.

QEC sent Justin out to install canned lights. He was great! He made suggestions to me for placing the lights that worked out much better than what I had planned. His work was meticulous. He had to move some switches and he made suggestions for making my ceiling fan work with a remote after the switch move. I was very pleased with his work!

Our first experience with Quality Electric was with the build of our dream home. Our home was designed to be ADA compliant and Quality Electric played a big part in our electrical requirements, from extra switches that were assessable to us, to outlets positioned higher so that they would be easier for us to access, motion detecting lights in certain areas, and even outdoor wiring for our Christmas decorations.
They not only worked off of our plans but also worked in conjunction with our landscaper. Never once were they called back to fix something they had worked on. They did it right the first time. This was very well appreciated. The constant communication between Quality Electric and my husband and I was awesome. The job site was always left clean. And probably most important when they said they would be there they were there. We cannot say enough good things about Quality Electric. It is very easy for my husband and I to give Shane Alexander and his crew a Five Star rating.

My entertainment center kept growing and finally I was having circuit load problems. Not fun. Quality Electrical said they could install a new circuit for me - but the first available appointment was 2 weeks out. I said, OK but asked to be put on the wait list. They had a cancellation and came the day after I called. They looked at the work, gave me a quote and I said OK.
