AmeriDri started its business in 1992, in a small resort town located in Red River, New Mexico. AmeriDri started out as a carpet cleaning company and within the first year opened a water and fire damage company, along with a retail flooring company. When my wife Kathy and I first started our business we were running a restaurant where I was the chef and my wife Kathy managed the front of the restaurant.We would work 8 to 10 hours in the restaurant six days a week and perform carpet cleaning at night for 3 to 4 more hours, six days a week. Hard work has never been an issue with us and giving our customers 110% has always been our commitment.

I spoke with Brad who did an estimate and explained the service they would do. Peter and Ryan came out to do the actual work. Very thorough, polite, professional. The carpet looks great. Awesome company! Needed a last minute carpet cleaning appointment before family comes for the holidays and they worked us into their schedule. Even did a late appointment (4:30p) and stayed till 6:30p, doing a thorough job. House smells great and carpet looks beautiful. I have only used AmeriDri since I first Reyes them more than five years ago. Ben Stratman and his team provides quality service, they are kind and conscientious, and have a growth mindset culture. The office staff always tries to get the crew in as close to one's desired date as possible. The carpets, both new and seasoned, look great and the dry time is fast. Call them!

I wish I had taken a photo before the carpets were cleaned. I have lived in this house for four years going on five and every year I have the carpets cleaned. I have never been happy with any of the other services that I have commissioned to do my carpets. Once the carpets dried, spots would reappear. These carpets look better than the day that I moved in!

I highly recommend this business. I actually called to set an appointment to investigate potential mold. They had me explain the situation and actually told me that I dont need their services, while explaining what the real issue was and told me not to worry and what to do to take care of it. How often these days will a business try to take advantage of you? Well not AmeriDri! Thank you for bringing to care back into customer service.

We only use environmentally friendly chemicals when we work in your home. We are asked on a daily basis if black mold is the only mold that can make you sick.

Here in El Paso County we all are very familiar with smoke and fire damage, due to the Waldo Canyon and Black Forest fires we all endured in 2012 and 2013. AmeriDri was a big part of the cleanup process for over three years. It was a very hard time for many residents whose lives were turned upside down for months upon months, some over a year.

AmeriDri was quick and very professional to take my call! AmeriDri walked me through the whole cleaning process since this was my first disaster in my home. The workers that came out were very nice and dressed professional. AmeriDri and the staff were very friendly and answered all my big and small questions that I had during the process. Working with Joe & his team is a true pleasure. They listen, execute, and follow through. Joe has assembled a team of reliable and trustworthy tradesmen that I would feel comfortable allowing to work in my home when my kids are there with my wife. Each and everyone of the contractors approach each situation as if it were their house. They trouble shoot, repair, and follow up without having to be reminded or convinced.
