Critical: Professionalism STOLE TOOLS FROM JOB SITE! They were the only subs on site this day, and tools were verified missing. I know to never leave tools on site, but had to take care of another emergency and didn't have time. You would think a professional company would leave other's tools alone. Service: General repairs & maintenance

Communication on the backend (after selecting flooring) is terrible. If you have time to hold their hands to do the work you paid for, then that may not bother you. The front end experience is amazing (Misty and the others in the front are incredibly helpful, and picking out the flooring was as smooth as could be). I initially chose Wood Guys, because the frontend experience stood out. However, the wrong measurements were taken.

I called, and was told the measurements were correct, but the math adding them was incorrect. However, I still ended up with extra flooring (14% of the project size, which was already adjusted once to do the math being wrong. No big as mistakes happen, but I did end up paying for a lot of extra labor/flooring that wasn't used). There were several instances of people not showing or even calling when they stated they would.

I had to call to get an install date. I had to call to find out products were delayed. I had to call when people didn't show to install. I had to call when the trim guy didn't show. I had to call when the project wasn't finished, was told it was delayed, and they would call back. I had to call again to find out when it would be finished. I voiced my frustration with the SERIOUS lack of communication to both the front desk/showroom manager and someone named Steve. Steve apologized, and said he would check in when the project was finished within the next couple of days.

He wanted to "make it right". Yet, Steve never called. Shouldn't have been surprised by that point. The gentleman installing the product was very professional and did a good job. The gentleman doing the trim also did a great job. If you have the time to be the one constantly following up, this is not a bad company to use. If you expect people to communicate when you are paying for a project, look elsewhere.

Stopped at Wood Guys looking for wood thresholds, the guys were helpful and kind and were able to provide exactly what I needed. I will definitely go back and I highly recommend this business.

My family members and I have worked with Wood Guys on several projects over the years and we will continue to work with them on future projects. We just completed installing Hallmark Courtier luxury vinyl floors throughout our home. Wood Guys were very helpful from the very beginning when we were making decisions to followup after installition. We especially loved BJ who was the installer. He worked very efficiently with very little waste. I would advise anyone doing a floor remodel to pack up everything even if you don't think it will be in the way.

The dust from removing the old tile floors was horrible. Contractors did everything to minimize mess by using drop cloths etc. But it was still a dusty mess. Cleanup is far easier if you just pack everything away. The finished product is beautiful and I am very pleased with the service. Definitely recommend Wood Guys! The service was excellent from the beginning to the end. We have only had our wood floors in for about a month, but so far we love them. We were really picky and David was very patient with us and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend!

I appreciated the honesty when he told me that we didn't need to hire them for maintenance and rather, we could just use a polyurethane polish on the spots with superficial damage. My new wood floors are beautiful. The crew was professional and fast and knew what they were doing. The price was consistent with the other quotes that we received. So why 3 stars? The two men that they hired to carry out our furniture and to bring it back in at the end of the job. Instead of taking drawers out of cabinets to make them easier to move, they left them in and scooted them across the floor leaving scratches.

They damaged the back of one chair. They kept banging my furniture in to the doorway to the outside. Bedroom furniture had pieces knocked off of the legs. And more! I told the employee that was overseeing the job and showed him the damage. He offered me a bottle of floor cleaner but never delivered it. The movers claimed they did no damage. I asked the overseer to have one of the two owners to call me but no one has contacted me.

We are currently on week 4 of a "2 week project". My front door won't close, my other two exterior doors have gaps at the bottom of them that were supposed to be fixed on day 3 or 4 of said project. They had to sand and re-stain after the initial stain was not as advertised. We are still waiting for nail holes and gaps in our stairs to be fixed after pointing it out 2 weeks ago and demanding resolution.

There is splatter on our new tile floor in our half bath, and we had to scrape polyurethane off our quartz countertop in our laundry room. There is no communication unless you are calling them. There are excuses galore and nobody is accountable. If you are looking for frustration and suffering use these guys.

Wow! Incredible service and craftsmanship! The wood guys were amazing to work with. We had a pretty large project. They walked us through every step several times. Wood Guys Tulsa workmanship is amazing! Can't even tell whole floor was refinished. It was blended with old floor on left and replaced floor on right after a dishwasher leak. See picture. It took us quite awhile to decide on the type of floor that would be best for our home. In doing so, I think we dealt with almost the entire staff at Wood Guys. They took the time and answered all of our questions. Never felt pressured to hurry up and make a decision. Our new floor is in and looks great. Excellent service with a quality product is the best way to describe Wood Guys.

Refinished entryway and install new oak hardwood down a long hallway. They were very good at keeping their apptmts. Over all a good job but didn't clean flooring well enough before applying finish coats. I wanted a semi gloss finish and had to tell them so several times. They usually applying a matte finish, so anything out of the norm should be emphasized.

We had new engineered wood floors installed in our walkout basement (den, hallway, and 2 bedrooms) about 18 months ago by the Wood Guys. We are very pleased with the looks and the service we received. They are nice to work with.

I had my floors installed yesterday and couldn't be happier! The crew came in and worked until they were finished! So far we are ahead of schedule. These guys are knowledgeable and honest. They don't tell you what you want to hear, they tell you the facts!
