UPDATE: Manager made things right. He apologized, first of all, for my issues. He got me a credit for my time and gas to get my missing things on the day of install (which helped pay for chemicals we needed). The manager had the installer come back and fix the buckle on the one panel. And he gave us a coupler and silicone to change the one pipe on the pump so it can be disconnected if needed. Told me if I had any further issues to email him directly.
Thank you for making these issues right. Purchased a $7k 24' above ground pool. Used installer sales person said was more reliable. First, he was 3hrs late from what time he told me he would be here to install. Also, when we picked up the pool from Clearwater, they didn't give us the sand for our pump. On the day of install, I had to drive down (an hour one way) to get the sand because I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone there to tell them they should bring it to me - their fault it was missing.
Guy who loaded us said it should all be on the skid. He didn't check anything. As I'm leaving, my husband called and said there was 2 couplings for the jet that was missing. I had to turn around and go get them. Then I had to wait in line with people either buying chemicals or getting a water test done. I had installers waiting for this stuff. I shouldn't have had to wait.
Later on the day of install, after installer left, there's a buckle on one panel. The track at the bottom isn't curved. Keep in mind installer had us start to fill the pool. And the installer glued one of my pipes into the sand filter. So what happens when I need to either change the sand or move the pump for any reason? I cannot unhook it. It looks like he was missing a screw on coupler and just glued it.
I have been trying to call Clearwater with no answer since they opened at 9am. I even left a message that will probably be ignored. I was told by a couple workers that the policy is not to answer phones if they have customers in front of them, they are more important. THAT IS MOST CERTAINLY NOT TRUE. Maybe they're always busy in store because they don't answer phones.
I even told them then they need to hire someone strictly for phones, they told me that won't happen. I told the sales guy who loaded my sand Saturday that I will be talking to the manager. I was told that he doesn't care either. WTH!? A manager that doesn't care about the business/store he works for, really!? I am not impressed by this whole ordeal.
If I don't have to buy anything from them, I won't. Customer service SUCKS! For the cost of the pool (especially in today's world) service should be a lot better and try to rectify any issues. Think twice before making this huge purchase from them. There are other pool people with potentially better service.

I have used Aqua pool for several years always very helpful. We decided to buy a bigger pool this year Michelle was and has always been amazing. She was the only person that could help me get my pool clear. Michelle was very informative with my husband and me being undecided and wanting 2 different things. I was disappointed when I went to pick my pool up and was told she was no longer with the company.
If anyone knows who she is working for now please tell me. I give 5 stars because of Michelle. I was not satisfied with the employee that helped me when I picked the pool up. I was wanting to buy more products because I am not very close to the store and was told just bring a sample in when I started putting water in it.

My girlfriend just bought a place with a pool and neither one of us knew anything about how to upkeep a pool. Took a water sample in to have it analyzed, they took all the time we needed to explain very patiently what we needed to do and how to do it! We did buy the chemicals we needed there and we'll definitely return! Thank you very much for all your help!

Michelle is amazing! My sister got a mew house with a green pool. I went in and was instructed to go get a water sample. I got back 20 mins to closing, but Michelle helped me get everything I needed to get my sister's pool back to a beautiful and healthy crystal blue. It was the best home warming present ever! The instructions they gave to take care of the pool have been super helpful! What an awesome local business!

As a first year pool owner, the staff and products they have are remarkable. The staff is super friendly, and has no problem testing my samples at all, numerous times in my first couple of weeks. And letting me know what it takes to get it right. One employee that really stood out was Michelle, She was on the ball, very versed in this business. She went out of her way to explain what chemicals react and what is needed to clear pool up.
By golly she had me the clearest I have been all summer by following her step by step plan. Great customer service, and has to be an asset for sure for the company. The whole staff is great, but Michelle really cared as if it was her own pool she was treating. I will continue to buy all my pool needs there, just because of that friendly customer service type attitude, and all of the water sample testing they do for me. I think that is the right thing to do. Michelle thank you, and the rest of the staff for all you do!

I live close to this store and my family bought a pool from online, I went to this store to inquire about equipment needed for the pool. When i pulled in the young lady that greeted me outside was very nice. I went inside to be met by this very mean looking older white woman who asked me what i needed in the nastiest tone I have heard in a long time.
Almost as if I shouldn't have been in the store and she watched me while in the store, she did not want to help she quickly shooed me off and told me to go back to where ever the pool was purchased, being that is I was the only black person in the store. It sent chills up my spine and I implore all African Americans, shop somewhere else for your aquatic needs.

I just purchased a 3500 gallon above ground pool. I came here for help on where to start with what chemicals to use. They told us they needed a water sample before selling chemicals. Understandable, but I then proceeded to ask about not using chlorine because I have very blonde hair. The worker just hands me a sheet of paper on how to avoid / get rid of green hair.
I told her I know all of the "tricks" on to not have my hair turn green, but I don't want chlorine regardless. She just kept pushing the paper at me saying do this. I said okay, and i turned to leave. I did not want to take the paper of "tips" and she then handed it to my boyfriend (who is too nice to say no to anyone). As we walked away, she began talking about me to the customer who was waiting after me saying "EVERYDAY we get people like that." Very rude! I wanted to go to a local pool supply company, but now I'll just turn to another source of information due to their unprofessional service.

January 2018, my wife and I decided to have an in-ground gunite pool installed. After visiting several pool places around our house we chose Aqua Pool to test our water and buy our chemicals from them as well. The staff is very courteous and helpful. They will answer all your questions for above or in ground pools, salt, chlorine, or copper based pool water.
They also carry in stock a huge inventory of floats, spa tubs, and clothing. Pretty much anything to do with pools they carry it. They also carry repair parts for automatic pool cleaners as well.

The crew at Aqua Pools did an awesome job. From Barry getting us into the right pool for our yard, to Billy going on a day off to pick up our pool out of state and then personally delivering it with Logan's help the next day, and last but not least Brandon and his team installing and getting us squared away.
