This firm is top drawer all the way from accommodating my schedule to letting me know exactly when Steve (the technician) was headed my direction. I have used many services in the past and I am glad to have found United Electric. They will be my first call from here on out.

I only use United Electric and Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs. Steve has replaced 2 toilets, 8 faucets, outdoor shower and countless other jobs for me. We had a plumbing emergency and this company went out of their way to help us, even though our service request came in last minute, toward the end of their workday. The other plumbing companies we reached out to weren't willing to help in our "crunch." This company did - we totally felt their concern for us. In the evening after their regular appointments had ended, they could have called it a day.

But instead, they articulated they wanted to make sure we were taken care of and didn't want us to go overnight without access to water (we had to keep our main water line turned off)! We so much appreciated their care & compassion during our crisis! Their care, concern, and commitment was so refreshing! They were extremely kind, professional, and knowledgeable. We will now ALWAYS contact them first for any future plumbing needs!

Had a great experience with United Electric. We used them through our home warranty insurance. They had good customer service over the phone, they helped me work with the insurance to make sure our claim was accurate and would be covered. The technician/contractor they sent out was great- he fixed both issues we had in a timely matter, communicated with us throughout the process, and was generally professional and courteous. Would definitely use united electric again.

We hired United Electric to do the electric in my house as part of an extensive remodel of our home. The total job was around $70000. Overall I was initially satisfied with the work which was pretty standard: wiring/outlets/lights, etc. Employees were always helpful and polite (jesse and other guys). We moved into our freshly remodeled home and shortly afterwards had to call United for a number of issues.

This is all pretty normal. We had LED dinners which weren't functioning properly and other repairs necessary to meet code/inspections However, As soon as I started having warranty work the problems began. United installed, for example, a closet light with motion detector. This stopped working so I called them to repair. United sent a new guy who politely said that the light wasn't correct and he ould have to go out and get a new one.

He was gone for a few hours and returned with a new light. He spent hours fixing this light and then they send me a $500 invoice. Same thing with a track light they installled. It stopped working. They fixed it and charged me. Mistakes can be made but when I disputed this very obvious warranty work they offered that I pay 50% as a solution. I just spent seventy thousand dollars on completely new electric installation- in what way should I pay half for warranty work on a shoddy installation/parts?

I asked for the owner to call me but he did not even bother to try-the secretary just kept telling me their offer. Now they won't repair anything- i have had outlet and dimmer/led light problems.they connected some outdoor outlets with indoor sockets. Since then my General Contractor pays for a different electrician to come and take care of the little pieces of warranty work which was their responsiblity. As far as service, you are only worth what you spend TODAY with United electric.

We purchased a new commercial building recently and needed all new electrical as well as solar done to It. We had two other electrical contractors come and tell us we would have to redo the entire building and that it would cost us over 100k. We are located in LA and we called United and they were amazing. They not only rewired the whole building they saved us over 80k. Best customer service as well as honest and extremely professional. Highly recommend them for all your electrical needs.

There electrician came out to change two light fixtures in the kitchen he was courteous and very efficient the light was not an easy install due to the height of the ceiling, my wife was really happy and as you know a happy wife is a happy life.

United electric did a fantastic job in my kitchen. The recessed lighting was a great visual update and I felt very comfortable with them in my home with my family. I cant tell tell you how happy I was when I received their quote after all the others we received.
