My first impression is of a company that has been with El Paso for a long time this company is a trusted loyal company for the city of El Paso this is the safest place where you can buy your locks where you can put your gold your money and everything that needs to be under lock you see the things the safest way to buy a machine to lock your possessions is all the mainstream stores but you see go to YouTube and type safe how to unlock a safe you're going to see creators of content with millions of followers and they open these things in the matter of 1 minute 2 minutes and I can recognize in anybody can recognize this particular beautiful by the way safes the only way is to go to this place and custom-made your own the prices are just good they're worth every single penny make a call I dare you to make a call don't risk thank you

Took an original but non-working lock in, from my 64 year old house, expecting to pay big bucks for a replacement. Instead, David [the CPA] did some magic in the back room, and the lock has worked perfectly ever since. He also had some impossible to find key blanks so I could finally have some extra keys. This MF sold me a double sided deadbolt telling me it was a kwikset brand. I get home read the instructions a take a close look at the deadbolt. I realize it's made in Taiwan. Kwikset has not factory's in Taiwan. Long story short the deadbolt he sold me is a different brand. Although he charged me as if it were kwikset. I payed 38.50 for the POS. To make matters worse you only have 5 days to exchange merchandise. No refunds plus they have a 25% restocking fee. This is highway robber upfront. Don't buy anything or hire these rats for any services.

I am a regular here and frankly there's no other place I'd rather go to get copies of keys or locks. Locally owned and operated. They're always so friendly and professional. Quick fast service and they'll always take time to answer all my questions.

I love going to Saucedo to get locks and keys. I've gone to other places and they never work. When I go to Saucedo the keys and locks are made there have always been the best. I've been going there for 30 years give or take. They are the best! Service: Car key copying

I was attended by a very helpful employee. He cut me a new key for my vehicle and offered some helpful advice for the remote. It's good to know they're still open for business.

This family-owned and operated company has a great reputation in El Paso. I figured they could do some home and automobile lock work for me so I stopped in. Turns out, they switched over to commercial service and systems only. But, and here is the cool deal, they referred me elsewhere and eventually, I got the work done that was needed. I was treated very well by their staff and If they cannot do the work, you can be assured that their referral will meet your needs.

They live and breath locks, safes and hardware.

They were only there for personal reason this day but they opened their shop and took care of my needs and another person who needed help. They went out of their way to accomidate their customers.

Wonderful service. I was able to find a rare lock (Fanal) for my front door. The only place in US that carries it. The young man was very helpful with advice etc.
