I placed my order online and the tile I received was gorgeous and packaged extremely well. On top of that, their email customer service is above and beyond. I emailed three different times with three different questions, and each time they responded quickly and were super accommodating to my timeline. Highly recommend!

Fabian was beyond helpful with our needs. From the tile selection to helping get our tile delivered he was great with communication. He's been our go to guy since his days at the Visalia Store and will continue to be regardless of the hour drive. His service is worth the drive! Ask for Judi! I had the best experience because of Judi. It was my first time remodeling my home and it's safe to say Judi calmed my anxiety and helped me choose exactly what I was looking for. I'd recommend this place again in a heart beat.

The showrooms new facelift is very inviting. Great customer service! Excellent selection to choose from. Designer to budget options and everything in between. As a designer I really enjoy working with Bedrosians. Highly recommended!

Proceed with caution! The only redeeming quality about this place in my experience was the tile selection. I suggest only spending your money here if there's something you find that you absolutely can't live without. Ordered backsplash and a large quantity of floor tile from them about 2.5 months ago. Of course the tile is backordered which is to be expected in this day and age, but attentive customer service and information on your order that you spent thousands on is direly lacking.

Someone from their customer service once told me 'sometimes orders are delayed because the tile falls off the truck'. That would probably explain why 10% of my tile on my first order was cracked in half! I believe the worst part is the delivery service they use. The first delivery showed up completely unannounced at 7:30am in the morning while I was out of town.

They threatened to charge me a $250 holding fee at their warehouse until they could reschedule delivery. I just had them drop it off and hope no one took it since I couldn't justify spending that much more on already overpriced tile. The second delivery of backordered floor tile (360 sqft) was dropped of in the STREET on a day with a chance of rain!

The delivery guy was taking 'curbside drop-off' way too literally and wouldn't even consider placing the tile in my driveway just feet away. Zero customer service or care for the product they're delivering. It's a mystery why you're charged $200+ for delivery for them to not even place the tile on your property. Nice tile selection, but hardly worth the wait and trouble. Shame on me for putting up with this. Go somewhere else!

Walking into Bedrosian Tile and Stone can be an overwhelming experience with the amount of high quality selection they have all over the showroom floor. Fear not just ask for Judy. I had the great privilege of her helping me create my dream shower. She listened to what I wanted and helped me select the perfect tile for my shower. Her attention to detail and expertise is unmatched.

I even spoke to Kyle Bedrosian who assisted in making my shopping experience with them truly enjoyable. Bedrosian Tile and Marble will have a life long customer in me. Top notch quality Tile with top notch quality employees. It's a no brainer. If you're in the market for Tile and or Stone there isnt a better company in town to use.

Beautiful product selection and spacious display. We purchased some decorative accent tile from their awesome back-room remnants area. They were clearly marked non-returnable. We then ordered another $200 worth of matching trim. Sadly, our main tile for the project (from another store) was backordered, so we called to ask for a refund for the order we had not yet picked up.

I was told I would have to speak to the manager. I went in, and he was very understanding and offered a refund on all the tile. Evidently their receipts have a statement about no returns. Covid supply deficits have been tough during our remodeling, and we appreciated Bedrosians working with us.

Great service at Bedrosians. The staff greeted us as we walked in. Helped with suggestions on what to use as a boarded on our tile. Judy was a big help.

Just left, worst customer service I have ever experienced! I lost my house in the Creek Fire and my contractor sent me here to pick out some tile. The woman at the front desk was completely dismissive to the point of rudeness. It's already hard for me to pick out new stuff when all I want is my home back, but to be treated that way was just unfathomable. I will never spend a dime there.

This is truly the best place to get your flooring! I would highly recommend you start here first because of the amazing customer service from Manager Fabian in Fresno and all of his great staff at both locations Fresno and Visalia. I have purchased all my flooring for my Multiple properties in Fresno and Tulare County area and they have beat all the big box store prices and quality 100% better!

As you enter the store, you are greeted with beautiful tile displays for different rooms for your home. My Imagination blossomed with ideas! I was lucky to have Fabian help me right from the start. This was my first time doing a floor project. I am helping my boss remodel his grandparents' house and we chose black slate and vinyl flooring. Fabian was very detailed and provided me with his knowledge of floors and guidance. It was very easy, fast, affordable. I highly recommend for you to visit Bedrosians for your home improvement projects. I will definitely go back for future projects.

Kudos to Bedrosians tile on Shaw. We were having a tough time finding just the right tile to coordinate with the very dramatic granite without drawing attention away from it. We asked Judi Cammack for help. She directed us to this beautiful tile. Thank you! We love it! Great job!

Judi helped us and she knew exactly what backsplash would go with our granite. We had been looking for at least 2 weeks and it was very refreshing to have someone point to one and it be perfect. Thank you Judi at the Fresno/shaw store.

The staff was extremely nice and knowledgeable; however, their return policy is stone ages behind The Tile Shop. My client made a few changes and I wanted to return the extra tile. The store refused to receive it because it's not a tile they keep in stock. I took this EXACT Tile over to "The Tile Shop" and showed my Bedrosians Receipt. They gave me store credit which I used immediately to order for another client. This put Bedrosians as a back up plan for me from now on.

Such a disappointing experience here today. We were looking for bathroom floor tile and of course, wearing our masks as per the store policy which is posted on their door. We were approached by an employee who was not wearing a mask. I requested that she put one on and she just walked away. Eventually another employee asked how we were doing and I explained what had happened. He apologized and said she was one of the owners as if that was an excuse! So many things wrong with how we were treated; will not be returning there.

I bought around $800 of light grey marble for a kitchen backsplash. I was also given extra box and a bag of dark and light grout, not sure why both. I went back with the extra box and a half and one bag of grout not used. I showed them that the grey marble turned yellow after installation and it doesn't look good. Well, they had an I don't care attitude, at pickup shop and that maybe the handyman had put something else into grout. and to boot, they don't give refunds on unused materials. So, I just lost $800 and have a yellow instead of grey backsplash. The pic does not show how yellow it came out.

Best, most informative customer service experience. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Gave me samples to take home which is great.

When I walked into DalTile, I felt like I was being pressured. But the staff at Bedrosians genuinely care about the quality service they can provide. I felt very invited when everyone welcomed me as soon as I walked through the door.

I Picked to buy from Bedrosians because of the reviews and couple people that referred me to this place. Me and my contractor came here to purchase tile for my place. At the end of the job my contractor had tile left over and returned rite after Christmas time. My cintrscator said they would Be refunding percentage of the tile if not full refund. They told me they would look into it. Giving me the round around.

Then they stated they would send a checks out weeks ago, and nothing. January 27 today still waiting for it. I'm not sure if I'm satisfied with the way they are working or I'm not sure what they are trying to do. Ps. I'm not talking about 100-200$ refund I'm talking for 900$+

It was my first time visiting here. I was a bit skeptical at first because the Vinyetts were not up but I guess since they are so new it's understandable. The staff was very knowledgable and sweet. I will be visiting again and will also be recommending to other home owners that are looking to remodel.

So I walk in to Bedrosians with a small one inch broken piece of tile, asking if they could match it as my husband is in the middle of a mosaic project. Before I left home, the hubby says "I don't want something close, it has to be exact." No pressure. So Sarah looks at it and says "oh, that looks like such and such", identifying it by the tiny piece.

She tells Juliana what it is and she takes me to a sample board and matches my tiny tile spot on. Then she leads me to the Clearance section in back where the tile was only $2.09 per sq foot! Talk about mission accomplished!

The choices and options were narrowed down and I could not be more happy with the assistence i received in making the right choice. Thank you. The bedrosian tile choice will be highly complimentary to the aesthetics and beauty of the home. The speed and efficiency was on point, professionally done, and informative.

I am a custom home builder in Rockwall. I am impressed by this place where is nice and clean. Customer service by Jovanny was pleasant and cooperative.

Great selection. Too bad no one works there. They have AI units who assist in. oh wait. a special report coming in. my apologies, folks, the floor sales consultant was indeed a real, living human. With no emotion or care for our discussion. We enjoyed the layout, the choices, and the size of the store. My kids even gave it the "funniest tile place they visited" award simply because Bedrosian offers a brand called Kiss My Big Fat Glass.

Which such glass tile names as, "Smack that Glass, " to "If U ain't got no $ take UR broke glass home, " my kids couldn't help but laugh their glasses off! But no, really, their customer service was atrocious. Their saving grace from a 1 star was their unique selection of tiles, flooring, and accoutrements.

Great selection! We were treated like a customer. They provided excellent guidance and were good on customer satisfaction. Judy was awesome and provided swift answers to us. Major thanks to Osiris and Juliana for all the excellent help and for being patient with me! I made a few trips because their delivery was a few days in the future and I needed the tile ASAP! BIG kudos to Jacob for the help in loading my truck every time I came back! I will recommend and without hesitation consider coming back to Bedrossians!
