Critical: Professionalism Gave me a quote then raised it by 4000 dollars in less than two weeks, I laughed and found someone else who had better reviews, better service and could do it right away. My roof is now done but not by this company.

We are more than pleased with the work William and Jose Caceras and their crew did to install a new roof on our Pacific Palisades home. The price was fair. The workmanship was perfect. The job was completed even faster than first estimated. Laisha and Natalie coordinated everything perfectly and helped us select the perfect color by sending us to one of Apex's shingle suppliers to look at samples. The job was done smoothly and efficiently and everything was clean and nice on completion. Our only regret is that we don't have another roof for Apex to work on right now.

Our roof was 25 years old and needed to be removed and replaced. Apex did a very good job with our roof and I got it done quickly and it now looks excellent. Their prices were fair and they did a good job cleaning up every day too! I would recommend them to anyone needing this service. Regards,

Found some wet shirts in a closet that could have only resulted from a leaky roof. I responded to the computerized application and a few days later and individual came, inspected the leak and said I'd get emailed an estimate. Getting the estimate took a little longer than I expected but once I agreed to the work, it happened within a few days. It wasn't cheap.

I didn't shop around and maybe I could've got a better price. But I don't think I could have gotten better results. I'll hire them again the next time I need work done on my roof.

Did an incredible job on a big apartment project replacing a 100 year old roof. Professional, timely, great quality of work! Highly recommend!

One of the worst experiences that I have ever had. After paying the $500.00 dollars to have an emergency tarp put on our roof. We asked the person doing the installation asking how long it would last, he said easily 3 weeks to a month. He also reassured us that if something should happen to it, they would come by and fix it for us. Well, not even four days later, the tarp is already coming and has broken from its original fixture. Hoping they would come fix it, we called them and they said that they would be charging us an additional fee to come out and fix the tarp.

That is ridiculous we paid $500.00 for something that did not even last 4 days. On top of that instead of helping us out, they tried to charge an additional fee. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and did not even care for the situation. She even went on to tell us, well that is what you get and if you want us to fix it, you will have to pay us more money.

That is beyond ridiculous! We tried to explain to them the situation and that the guy who did the job even stated they would come by and fix it should anything happen. Clearly, we were lied too and we paid $500 dollars for something that did not even last four days. I would not recommend this company to anyone, I feel cheated out of my money. Think twice before you choose this place, I would recommend any company but this one.

Apex Roofing is an A class company. They show true professionalism from the in office staff with Jackie and Natalie, to the estimators and the crew. I recommend them to anyone and everyone. Don't think twice and call them for an estimate!

They did my whole roof 20 years ago and were great! Now this year they did it again and did an even better job. Honestly my favorite roofing company.
