They do not believe in showing up in their 4 hour window and that is if they show up at all. Have to deal with them because that is who the builder goes through. I would recommended using someone else.

They did the drywall for Lennar in Summer's Corner and I don't think that there is a single 90 degree wall in my house. Lots of unfinished work. It's not just us either. Many neighbors with similar or worse problems.

Cohen insulation division did a job for us with closed foam recently. The installer did not cover or protect our shower basin and we have insulation over spray in the basin. We have been calling for months and trying to get a resolution. Mark a supervisor came to look at the problem but now will not return calls or text. They need to own the problem and fix it.

Hired Cohen's to spray the closed cell foam in my garage, and put new drywall up. They completed the spray job a month ago. Since then I've called over 5 times to get the drywall people to show up. I was even given the owners personal number. Jimmy the owner, refused to return any text regarding when they could show up. If your looking for customer service, and someone to show up in a timely manner, this is the wrong company. They obviously have enough business from new build construction companies, local independent business, is not important.
