I've used this service for years w/Steve. Unfortunately, I'll never use it again since new folks have taken it over. I called several times before I ever got a call back; then the service person was to come on a morning but, with no info and I called them twice with promises that he was on his way, he didn't show up until pax 6 pm. and in less than 10 min. put on a twist lock and charged me $150! Steve would never had done that!

They put a new Garage door opener and new springs in for me about a year and a half ago, 5 year warranty(lot of BS) I'v been calling them for at least the last week, they refuse to call me back. I did get in touch with Chamberlin, who is the Manufacture and they are sending me the part they think I need, but I now need to find someone to come and fix it.

All they had to do is call me back. Chad, just call your customers back and provide a service when they need help. I live in a small subdivision and I am on the board, we keep a list of contractors to call and not to call for our residences, guess what list they are going on.
