I had been scheduled for an easy move out clean for weeks. No kitchen involved one bedroom less than 800 feet. I used to be a housecleaner 45 mins to an hour tops! Empty! We confirmed multiple times, due to me moving out of state and not being there. The day before scheduled I received one last confirmation text saying their services would be there, even including a smiling and thumbs up !

Come the day of, cancelled! So unprofessional! I had been scheduled for weeks and all I got was a sorry for the inconvenience. An inconvenience is someone running late, cancelling for the day on the day. well that's a plan stopper now isn't? I wouldn't recommend wasting your time setting up an appointment, then waiting. you'll end up with a bunch of dust mitts and cobwebs.

Critical: Quality, Value As a property manager I hired Maria's. The first apartment I paid a whopping 170 for a move out clean. They did a good job. The second two apartments however were very poor quality cleaning. I would not recommend Maria's. The owner was very responsive until I had a complaint. Silence. Find a more reputable cleaning company.

Maria and her team of cleaners are professional, prompt, courteous, efficient, trustworthy, and keep my house looking very clean and tidy. Kitchens and baths are spotless after their visits. They are happy to do occasional extra jobs when I ask them to, such as interior window cleaning or refrigerator clean out.
