Construction
Report
Getting your job site in order after you have completed a build is not always the simplest task. After all, you have been trained to build and likely have not received professional training on cleaning to meet industry standards. At Coastal Cleaning, we are here to handle construction clean ups for you so that you can worry about finishing your job, and let us take care of the rest.
Commercial
Report
Having a clean workspace or commercial building is important for a variety of reasons, including for hygienic purposes, for your employees, and for any clients or customers. However, you may not have the time to do the cleaning yourself or want one of your staff to do it. Instead, consider hiring a professional New Haven property cleaning crew to get the job done.
Residential
Report
Whether you own a small studio apartment, large house, or anything in between, it is important that your space is kept clean. Unfortunately, you may not have the time to do it yourself, with all of your other obligations. Wouldn't it be nice if you could come home to a space that is comfortable and clean after a long day?

Run! This company could not even clean an empty house. Chris, the owner of Coastal Cleaning, came to our house to look at the scope of work and provide and estimate, sold us on a pretty good sales pitch and didn't do anything that he said he would do when all was said and done. When confronted about the work that wasn't done he was extremely disrespectful, immature even and dishonest. Excuse after excuse.
His assistant had to apologize for him and actually admitted to much of it not being done which contradicted him on the spot. He was pretty shameless. Before he left he agreed to a refund and then ignored us afterwards. I give them a 5 for the sales pitch and a 0 for the quality of work. I'm surprised they are still in business.

We contracted for a 'deep cleaning's which we were told would involve moving furniture to vacuum and dust; cleaning of baseboards and door trim; cleaning of Venetian blinds; and so on Initial cleaning of tile floors was terrible; had to call to have them redone. Vacuuming of living room was redone by company's co-owner. Mirrors and pictures all had streaks all over the glass. Stainless steel in kitchen was streaked. Had to tell cleaning team to clean blinds and baseboards. Cost was approximately $350 for 3 1/2 hours of work by two people. Would I recommend this company? No

I have used several cleaning services and have never been as satisfied as with Coastal Cleaning. The condo is always sparkling clean and smells so good when you walk in. All of our renters remark on how clean everything is. That is very important to us. Trustworthy and always dependable they seem like family to me.

The Coastal Cleaning staff do a very good job. My tenants always say the condo is nice and clean. They even helped one of my tenants who discovered, when they got back home, that they had forgotten an item at the condo. The Coastal Cleaning staff went to the condo, got the item and mailed it to my tenant.
