I've only worked for Brokate for about 6 months. I absolutely love my job. My bosses don't ask me to do anything they won't do. They take good care of their employees as well. I am truly impressed by everything they do for their employees. GREAT company to work for

Brokate Janitorial provided porters at Artsfest this year to keep the festival clean and safe for everyone involved. Their staff checked-in frequently and went above and beyond in cleaning all the high touch areas. Their staff was friendly and so professional. We will certainly work with them again and I will recommend Brokate over and over again.

My time with Brokate Janitorial, while working in the office, was phenomenal. This company really cares for it's employees. It doesn't matter if you've been employed with them for five years or five minutes, they went above and beyond to help, aid or assist in the best way they could. With the approach of the COVID-19 pandemic, the safety precautions and sanitation measures that were implemented within the entire company made me feel safe and protected. Brokate Janitorial is well established within the Springfield community and really stepped up during the initial shutdown and every day after for the community.

The job itself, assisting in the office, was overall well-balanced. The communication and leadership was of high-quality. The workplace culture was positive and I had everything I needed to do my best work. I made many great connections here and if I did not have to relocate due to personal reasons, I would definitely still be with Brokate Janitorial to establish a long term career.

I worked here for the past few months and would still continue to be doing so if it were not due to my living situation.
