I locked my keys in my car which happened to be on the same street. Initially they didn't have anyone to come out and assist. The woman answering the phone called me back and said she had someone and would send him immediately. I wish i remembered his name but he was so nice and got my car open. Thank you thank you!

We were in the process of preparing our home for a photo shoot and needed to replace the hardware on the front door. Steve was terrific in accommodating our needs on such short notice. He came out in the evening to install the new hardware in order to ensure it was ready for the next day's photography session.
