You can take time off when you need it, you get 10 days of PTO when you start, and the benefits package has multiple tiers that can accommodate those who are single or those with family/dependents. I am also able to schedule doctors appointments during the work day(since doctors offices generally have the same work schedule as an office) and step out or come in later if needed to be able to make them.

As a somewhat new employee with Wayman, I can honestly say that I am happier here than anywhere I have worked previously. Wayman Fire Protection is not permitted in my building after having billed us twice at overtime rates for work performed during normal business hours. When caught the second time, they adjusted their bill to straight time but are still demanding the overtime rate from the earlier overcharge. When installing a new alarm in our building, they failed to connect half of the system that'd been installed and issued a credit for the six months of missed monitoring service, which they promptly applied to the original disputed OT bill that remains open in their books. The dispute continues, but again, they've been told to not set foot in our building and will never be allowed to do so again. If you use them, WATCH THEIR BILLING.
