Twenty20 Window cleaning did an excellent job on my screens and windows which were dusty and dirty. Andrew was punctual and called prior to appointment to let me know time of arrival. The company sent reminders of the appointment the day before, all very professional. Prior to beginning the project, he examined all the windows and gave me a fair price for work involved and amount of time it took. I would use them again in the future and would highly recommend them.

We've been using Vincent for a while now (pretty sure I've written a review in the past) and this last time just really drove home why he and his guys are the best. Our home was blasted with dozens of eggs by some jerk high school kids (currently being handled by detectives or I would name drop and throw them under the bus; )) and everything was a mess. Giovanni came out and scraped baked-on egg off of the affected windows and removed ruined screens.

They look like new. He was also super nice and just sympathetic to our ruined (well, needs to be completely repainted) home. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome for our windows and I'm just so grateful. Highly recommend!

I used this company to clean windows at my house. We called them late on Thursday for a last minute scheduling on Saturday and they were able to make it happen. They came on time and did a good job. The price was competitive with the other bids I received. I would definitely use them again.

Twenty 20 does a fantastic job! I've been using them for several years on multiple houses and I've always been very happy with the service. The cleaners are very conscientious - wearing booties while inside. They clean every part of the window.

Our windows had not been cleaned in 10 years, so they were pretty much of a mess. Giovanni arrived right on time and the quality of his work was exceptional. He was very thorough and got every speck of dirt off and even some dried paint from when they had used a spray painter in repainting our place. And the price of the job was very reasonable. We won't wait another 10 years to have him back.

Vincent sent Giovanni to my house. Giovanni showed up right on time and cleaned every piece of the 42 windows inside and outside without any stains remained on window and screen. Word of mouth. And YELP! That is how I choose. My neighbor used this company and was happy so I called them. A real human answered my call, scheduled the appt, and emailed me a confirmation. That same human, the owner Vincent, then arrived for the appointment early (in a good way). He completed the job in just under ten minutes short of his estimate.

The price was fair and as he had quoted. Actually he charged me for two planes less than I have, which was a nice surprise. I think this is due to a few of them being small. The work was impeccable. The house looks brighter inside. My knick knacks in the sills are more stunning. I realize now that I should do this more regularly. Vincent is a professional, friendly, and conscientious individual.

I had removed the screens and set them just outside the windows. After he cleaned the screens and windows, he placed them gently back in their slots so I could easily secure them.from the inside and not make two steps of the process. He emailed a receipt before he left the property. I am under the impression that he is the owner/operator. He is efficient, thorough, technologically savvy and takes pride in his work.
